       of his Heirs and Assigns forever and the said John Cain For himself and his Heirs
       and Assigns doth Covenant promise grant & agree that he the said John Cain
       for himself and his Heirs Exr.s adminis.rs the aforesaid Granted and Bargaind premisses
       With the Rights members and Appurtenances against himself his heirs and
       Assigns and all other persons Lawfully Claiming by Who hereafter may Lawfull
       Claim the same or any part thereof by from or under him or any of them
       Respectively unto the said John More his heirs or assigns Shall and Will
       Warrant and forever Defend by these presents in Witness whereof the aforesaid
       John Cain to this Indenture his hand hath set and seal affixed the day  
       and year first Within Written sealed and Delivered in presence off
       Isaac Coulbourn          The words and by these presents doth grant bargain and sell
       Jedidiah Brittingham     alien Release and Confirm being first Interlined

                   On the back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorsed Viz.t

       August the 18.th 1755 Reced of the within named John Moore the full Consideration money in the
       within Deed expressed                                                                                                                 £ 50 0 0 Curr

                      Isaac Coulbourn
                      Jedidiah Brittingham

                                                          Reced of M.r John More four shillings Sterling for his Lordships
                                                          use (it being the alienation fine on the Within mentioned one
                                                          Hundred Acres of Land) by Virtue of a Commission from Edward
                                                          Loyd Esq.r his said Lordships Agent and Receiver Generall
                                                                                                                               Rich.d Dorsey

       Maryland to Wit be it Remembred that ^on^ the Eighteenth Day of august one
       Thousand Seven hundred and fifty and five before me the Subscriber one
       of the Right Hon.bl the Lord proprietary his Justices of the Provincial
       Court personaly Came the Within Named John Cain party to the
       above Deed and Acknowledge the same in Due form of Law
                      Taken and Acknowledged
