       This Indenture made the Eighteenth day of August in the
Exam.d Fifth year of the Dominion of the Right Hon.ble Fraderick absolute
       Lord and Proprietary of the province of Maryland and Avelon Lord Barron
       of Baltimore &c and for the year of our Lord God one Thousand Seven
       hundred and fifty and five Between John Cain son of Will.m Cane
       late of Baltimore County of the one Part an John More of Baltimore
       Town in the County of Baltimore in the Province of Maryland
       of the other part wittnesseth that for and in Consideration of the
       Sum of fifty pounds Current money of Maryland to him the said
       John Cain in hand paid by the aforesaid John More Before the sealing
       and Delivery of these presents the Receipt Whereof the said John
       Cain Do hereby Acknowledge and thereof Do Acquit Release and
       Discharge the said John More his Heirs Exr.s and adminis.t
       Forever by these presents he the said John Cain Hath ^hath^ granted
       bargained and Sold Alein Released and Confirmed and by these
       Presents Doth Grant bargain and sell alien release and Confirm
       unto the said John More his Heirs and Assigne forever all
       the Estate Right Title Interest Claim and property and Demand
       Whatsoever which he the said John Cain hath unto a tract
       or parcell of Land Lying and being in Baltimore County and
       upon the south side gun powder River and upon the South
       side of a branch of the said River Commonly Called Back River
       Begining at a bounded white oake on a Levill neare the af.d
       Branch then Runing up the Branch West thirty perches
       to a bounded Red Oak on the aforesaid Levill near the said
       Creek then Runing Into the Woods South five hundred
       Thirty four perches parrallel with a percall of Land
       Belonging to Rich.d Venley of the aforesaid County planter then
       Running East Thirty perches Respecting to the East by Land
       Call.d Spring neck then Runing With a Direct Line to
       the first Bounder Containing one hundred acres more or
       Less Survey.d in the year sixteen hundred and Eighty
       three for Thomas Richardson and Call.d by the name
       Richardsons plains togeather with all houses orchards
       and Improvements Whatsoever To have and to hold the
       aforesaid parc^ia^ll of Land With the Rights members and appurtenances
       unto the said John More and of his Heirs and Assigns forever
       the only proper use and Behalf the said John More and
