       Timber Trees upon the same during the said Term other than for the Necessary use of the said Plantation
       our Commit any waste but leave all and Singular the Buildings and Improvements therein at the
       Exparation of the said Term in as good Condition as he now finds them and surrender the same to the said
       Richard Young his heirs Exors Adm.rs or Assigns Quietly and Peaceably and without Molestation of
       required In Witness whereof the said Richard Young hath hereunto set his hand and affixed his seal

       This Indenture made the first Day of Sept.r For the year of our
Ex.d Lord one thousand seven hundred and fifty five Between William Purday
       of Ann Arundell County Planter of the one part and Basil Dorsey
       of the same County Gent of the other Part Witnesseth that the
       said William Purdy for and in Consideration of the sum
       of fifty Two pounds Sterling Money of Great Britain to him
       in hand paid by the said Basil Dorsey Before the Ensealing
       & Delivery of these presents the Recipt Whereof he Doth hereby
       Acknowledge and thereof and Every part and parcell thereof Doth
       fully Clearly and absolutely Acquit Exonerate & Discharge
       the said Basil Dorsey his Executors or administrators by these presents
       & for Divers Other Good Causes and Considerations him thereunto moving
       he the said William Purdy hath Granted Bargained Sold Aliened
       Enfeoffed & Confirmed and by these presents Doth Grant Bargain
       Sell Alien Enfeoff and Confirm unto the said Basil Dorsey and
       his Heirs all that Tract or parcell of Land Called Howards Rest
       Lying & being in Frederick County Containing and Layd out for
       One Hundred and Seventy Two Acres of Land more or Less Which
       Said Tract or parcell of Land Was heretofore Granted to the said William
       Purdy by Patent Bearing Date the Twelfth Day of October in the year
       of our Lord One Thousand Seven hundred and fifty Two and all and singular
       the houses Gardens meadows and Improvements to the same Belonging
       & also The Revertion and Revertions Remainder and Remainders
       Right Estate Intrest Benefitt Claim and Demand Whatsoever of him
       the said William Purdy of in and to all and Singular the said
       Land and premisses and of in and to Every part and parcell
       of them to have and to hold the said Tract or parcell of Land
