       in pursuance of the Premisses and in Consideration of the Sum of Five
       Shillings Sterling to him the Said Joseph before the ensealing and
       Delivery of these presents by the said Henry Gassaway in hand paid
       the Receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged the said Joseph Nicholson
       jun.r hath granted Bargained and Sold released and Confirmed and
       by these presents doth grant Bargain and Sell release and Confirm
       unto him the Said Henry Gassaway his Heirs and assigns all
       those three Several Tracts or Parcells of Land called Loves Neck
       Wrighton and the Addition lying and being in the said County
       with the Appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining
       and the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and
       Remainders of all and Singular the premisses and Every part
       and parcell thereof and also all the Estate Right Title Interest
       Claim and Demand whatsoever of him the Said Joseph Nicholson
       jun.r of in and to the same three Several Tracts of Land af.d and
       Every part and parcell thereof To have and to hold all and
       Singular and Every of the said three Several Tracts or parcells
       of Land af.d hereby granted bargained and sold released and
       Confirmed and Every part and parcell thereof unto him the
       Said Henry Gassaway his heirs and Assigns for Ever to the
       only proper Use and behoof of him the said Henry Gassaway
       and his Heirs and assigns for ever In Testimony whereof
       the said Joseph Nicholson Jun.r hath hereunto Set his hand &
       affixed his Seal the Day and Year above Written
       Sealed and Delivered
       in the presence of
                                     Geo Steuart                  J Nicholson jun.r   Seal

                                    Arch.d Buchanan    Deed was thus Endorsed Viz.t

       July 11.th 1755   Received of M.r Henry Gassaway the Sum of
