       singular the Premisses above mentioned and Every part and parcel thereof
       with the appurtenances unto the said Richard Snowden his heirs and
       assigns to the only proper use and Behoof of the said Richard Snowden
       his heirs and assigns for Ever And the said Richard Snowden for himself
       his heirs Executors Administrators and assigns Doth Covenant
       promise and agree to and with the said Jonathan Forward that
       he the said Richard Snowden his heirs Executors Administrators
       and assigns shall and will save harmless and Indemnifie him
       the said Jonathan Forward his Heirs Executors Administrators and
       assigns of and from all Debts and Demands whatsoever due for or
       on account of the said Ironworks or Partnership And the said
       Jonathan Forward for himself his heirs Executors Administrators
       and assigns Doth Covenant Promise and agree to and with the
       said Richard Snowden his heirs Executors Adm.rs and assigns
       that he the said Jonathan Forward his heirs Executors Administrators
       or assigns shall and will at the request and Charges of the
       said Richard Snowden his heirs Executors Administrators and
       assigns Make and Execute any further Deed or Instrument
       that Shall be divised advised or required for the More Effectual
       conveying the premisses af.d so as the same shall contain ^only^ a
       special Warranty In Witness whereof the said parties to these
       presents have hereunto Interchangably set their hands and seals
       the Day and Year first above written
