579) Right and Estate of the said Michael Macquire and his Heirs any Thing herein Contained to the Contrary Notwithstanding and the said Michael Macquire for himself his heirs Executors and Administrators and Every of them doth Covenant and agree to & with the said Basil Dorsey his Executors and Administrators by these presents that the said Michael Macquire Shall and Will well and truly pay the said Sum of thirty Nine pounds Seven Shillings and sixpence Sterling Money of Great Britain on the Day of payment af.d with legal Interest for the same from the Date hereof according to the true Intent and Meaning of these Presents In Witness whereof the Parties to these Presents have hereunto Interchangeably set their hands and Seals the Day & Year first above Written his Sealed and Delivered Michael Macquire In the presence of Mark Hy Woodward Benj.a Beall on the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorsed Viz.t 28.th November 1754 Received of M.r Basil Dorsey the Sum of thirty Came before me the Subscriber Nine pounds Seven shillings one of his Lordships Justices of and Sixpence Sterling Money of the provincial Court of Maryland Great Britain Being the Consideration Michael Macquire Money within Mentioned and Acknowledged the within his Deed as his Act and Deed Witness Michael Macquire and the Land and Premisses Mark within Mentioned to be the Hy Woodward Right and Estate of the said Basil Benj Beall Dorsey and his Heirs according to the Directions of the Act of assembly in that Case Made and provided Acknowledged before me this twenty eight Day of November 1754 Jn.o Brice Recorded May 28.th 1755 7 |
