Ex.d   This Indenture Made the twenty Eighth Day of November in the
       Year of Our Lord one thousand seven hundred and fifty four Between
       Michael Macquire of Frederick County Farmer of the one part and Basil
       Dorsey of Ann Arundell County Gentleman of the other part Witnesseth
       that the said Michael Macquire for and in Consideration of the Sum of
       thirty nine pounds seven shillings and six pence Sterling Money of Great
       Britain to him in hand paid by the said Basil Dorsey before the Ensealing
       and Delivery of these presents the Receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
       hath granted Bargained Sold Aliened Enfeoffed and Confirmed
       and by these Presents Doth Grant Bargain Sell Alien Enfeoff and Confirm
       unto the said Basil Dorsey and his Heirs all that Tract or parcell
       of Land called the Resurvey on Patience Care lying and Being in
       Frederick County Containing Eight hundred and Eighty Five Acres
       of Land More or less which said Land was surveyed for the said Mich.l
       Macquire on the Seventh Day of September One thousand Seven hundred
       and Fifty four and all and singular the appurtenances thereunto
       belonging and all Right Estate and Interest whatsoever of him the
       said Michael Macquire of in and to all and Singular the
       Premisses and Every part and Parcell of them To have and to
       hold the said Land and Premisses herein before Mentioned and
       intended to be hereby granted with their and every of their appurtenances
       unto the said Basil Dorsey his Heirs and assigns for
       Ever to the only proper use of the said Basil Dorsey his Heirs and
       assigns for Ever and the said Michael Macquire for himself his
       Heirs Executors ^or^ and Administrators the said Tract or parcell of
       Land and all and singular other the premisses unto him the said
       Basil Dorsey his heirs and assigns against all Persons whatsoever
       shall and will Warrant and Defend by these presents Provided
       always and these Presents are upon this Condition Nevertheless
       that if the said Michael his Heirs Executors or administrators
       shall well and truly pay or Cause to be paid to the said Basil
       Dorsey his Executors Administrators or assigns the Sum of thirty
       Nine pounds Seven Shillings and Sixpence Sterling Money of
       Great Britain on the twenty seventh Day of November which
       shall be in the Year of Our Lord one thousand Seven hundred
       and Fifty Eight with legal Interest for the Same from the Date
       thereof together with the Charges of Drawing and Recording this
       Conveyance then this present Indenture and the Estate hereby made
       shall Ceace and determine and the Land and premisses become the
