Ex.d                        This Indenture Tripartite made this Seventeenth
       Day of April in the Year of Our Lord One Thousand Seven hundred and
       fifty Five Between George Noe Senior of S.t Marys County in the Province
       aforesaid Planter and Rebecca his Wife and Geo Noe Junior of the said
       County and Province Planter Son and Heir of them the said George Noe Sen.r
       and Rebecca his Wife of the one part William Lyon of Baltimore
       County in the Province af.d Phisician of the Second Part and John Chesley
       of Saint Marys County and Province af.d Merchant of the third part
       Witnesseth that for and in Consideration of the sum of Eight thousand
       Pounds of Tobacco and Ten pounds Current Money of this Province
       of Maryland to the Said Geo Noe Sen.r and Rebecca his Wife and George
       Noe junior in hand paid by the said William Lyon at or before the Sealing
       and Delivery hereof the Receipt of which they the said George Noe senior
       and Rebecca his Wife and George Noe jun.r do hereby respectively acknowledge
       and thereof and therefrom and of and from Every part thereof do hereby
       release Acquit and discharge the said William Lyon his Heirs Exec.rs
       and Administrators the said sum of Eight Thousand Pounds of Tobacco
       and Ten pounds Current Money of the Province of Maryland being in
       full for the Absolute Purchase of the Said Lands Tenements and
       Hereditaments herein after mentioned and for and in Consideration of the
       sums of Five Shillings Current Money of Maryland to the said George Noe
       Senior and Rebecca his Wife and George Noe junior Severally in hand
       paid at or before the Sealing and Delivery hereof the Receipt whereof the
       Said George Noe Sen.r and Rebecca his Wife and George Noe jun.r do
       hereby also respectively acknowledge and Confess and for the Docking barring
       Cutting off Extinguishing all Estates Tail and all Reversions and
       Remainders therein Expectant or depending of and in the Lands Tenements
       and Hereditaments herein after mentioned They the said George
       Noe sen.r and Rebecca his Wife and George Noe jun.r Have and Each of
       them Hath granted bargained Sold Aliened released and Confirmed
       and by these Presents Do and each of them Doth Grant bargain Sell
       alien release and confirm unto the said John Chesley (in the Actual
       Possession of the Lands Tenements and Hereditaments herein after mentioned
       Now being by Virtue of a Bargain and Sale thereof to him made
       by the said George Noe sen.r and Rebecca his Wife and George Noe junior
       for Five shillings Consideration a Piece by Indenture bearing date the
       Day Next before the Date of these Presents for the Term of one whole year
       Commending from the Day next before the Day of the Date thereof and
       by force of the statute for Transferring Uses into Possession) and to His
       Heirs all that Tract or parcell of Plantable Land Scituate lying
       and being in Baltimore County af.d called Mount organ containing
