Province Merchant of the other part   Witnesseth that the said George Noe
Senior and Rebecca his Wife and George Noe jun for and in Consideration of
       the Several Sums of Five Shillings Current Money to them Severally in
       hand paid by the said John Chesley at or before the ensealing and Delivery
       of these presents the Receipt whereof they and each of them hereby acknowledge
       have Granted bargained and sold and by these presents do grant
       bargain and Sell unto the said John Chesley all that Tract or Parcell of
       Plantable Land Scituate lying and being in Baltimore County in
       the Province af.d called Mount organ containing three hundred and
       Fifty Acres of Land and the Revertion and Revertions Remainder &
       Remainders Rents Issues and Profits thereof and of Every part thereof
       To have and to hold the said Tract or parcell of Plantable Land af.d
       with the appurtenances hereby granted bargained or Sold or Mentioned
       or intended to be hereby granted bargained or Sold unto the Said John
       Chesley his Executors Administrators and assigns from the Day Next
       before the Day of the Date of these Presents for and during and unto the
       full and and Term of one Whole Year from thence next ensuing and
       fully to be compleat and ended to the intent and purpose that the said
       John Chesley may be in the Actual Possession of the Said hereby bargained
       Land and Premisses with the appurtenances and May hereby &
       by Force and Virtue of the Statute for transferring Uses into Possession
       in that Behalf made and provided be enabled to receive and take
       a Grant and Release of the Reversion and Inheritance of the Said
       Land and Premisses hereby bargained and Sold or intended so to
       be with the appurtenances to him and his heirs to such uses &
       Purposes as shall be thereby declared In witness whereof the
       Parties af.d have hereunto set their hands and seals the Day and year
       af.d Sealed & Delivered                                              his
