555) Presents Do Grant Bargain Sell Remise Release & Confirm unto the Said John Attaway Clarke (in his Actual Possession Now being by Virtue of a Bargain and Sale to him thereof by the said John Tennison and Susannah his Wife made) his heirs and assigns the Several Moieties parts or parcells of Land following that is to say one Moiety of a Tract of Land called the out Lett containing Fifty Acres More or Less also one other Moiety of a Tract or Parcell of Land Called Redmans Adventure Containing Fifty Acres More or less which Said Moieties or Parcells of Land one Scituate Lying and being in S.t Marys County af.d Near the Head of Poplar Hill Creek and were formerly Sold or Conveyed by Andrew Delaware and Anne his Wife to a Certain Samuel Johnson and also all that Tract or Parcell ^of Land^ called Mulberry Fields Contained in the following Metes & Bounds Beginning at a Bounded Chestnutt standing on the South side of the Land whereon Samuel Johnson formerly lived and running South to a poplar in the Line of Robert Moselys Land and so with the said Land to a Bounded Poplar at the End of the s.d Line thence with the Line of John Redmans to the Head of the Creek Containing twenty five Acres of Land more or less together with all and singular the Houses Buildings Improvements Profitts Commoditys and Advantages to the Same belonging or in any wise Appertaining and the Reversion and Reversions remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and Profits of the same Premisses and of ever part thereof and all the Estate Right Title and Interest of them the said John Tennison and Susannah his Wife of into or out of the Several Moieties parts or parcells of Land af.d with the appurtenances to each and every of them belonging To have and to hold the same Moieties parts or parcells of Land ^and^ Premisses with the Appurtenances unto him the said John Attaway Clarke his Heirs and assigns to the intent and purpose that the said John Attaway Clarke may be Perfect Tenant of the Freehold of the said Premisses that a Common Recovery may be had and suffered against the said John Attaway Clarke in the Next ensuing or some Subsequent Provincial Term And it is hereby Declared by and between the Parties to these presents that whatsoever Common Recovery or Recoverys is are or shall be had or suffered during the Next or any other Subsequent Provincial Term shall be deemed Construed and taken |
