532) or Parcells of Land lying Contiguous and adjoining to the said af.d Land except three hundred and fifty acres of the said Land made over by the said W.m Morehouse to Nicholas Gassaway son of Thomas buted and Bounded as by the said Deed Recited Deed Reference being thereunto had may more fully and at large appear which said Other Tract or Parcell of Land was laid out for five hundred and fivety five Acres of Land more or less together with the houses and Out Houses Tobacco Houses and Orchards Gardens and fences and Timber trees with all and singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging To have and to hold the said Tracts or parcells of Land with their and Every of their appurtenances Except as before excepted unto the said Thomas Hutchcraft his heirs and Assigns under a Certain provis or Condition therein Mentioned as by the said Recited Indenture mentioned fully appear Now this Indenture Witnesseth that the Said Tho.s Hutchcraft for and in Consideration of the sum of thirty pounds Sterling Money to him in hand paid by the said Rich.d Snowden the Receipt whereof is hereby Acknowledged hath granted Bargained and Sold assigned and Set Over and by these presents doth grant agree and set over unto the said Richard Snowden and his heirs and assigns all and Singular the Lands Tenements and Hereditaments Mentioned and Expressed in the said in the said Recited Indenture with their and Every of their Appurtenances and all the estate Right Title and Interest whatsoever of him the said Thomas Hutchcraft of in and to the Premisses and every Part of the same To Have and To Hold the said Lands and Premisses all the Appurtenances to the said Richard Snowden his Heirs and Assigns forever In Witness whereof the Parties to these Presents hereunto interchangeably sett their Hands and Seals this third day of April one Thousand seven hundred and fifty five Sealed and Delivered in the presence of Thomas Hutchcraft Seal Jn.o Bullen On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Richard Ijams Endorsed Vizt April 3.d Day 1755 Then received of Richard Snowden the sum of thirty pounds Sterling Money it being the Consideration Money within mentioned Witness P Thomas Hutchcraft Tho.s Jennings Rich.d Ijams (April) |
