       Same and every part thereof To have and to hold the Said Land and premisses
       unto him the Said Richard Snowden his Heirs and Assigns for Ever
       And the said Thomas Jones doth hereby for himself his Heirs Executors and
       Administrators Covenant promise grant and Agree to and with the said Rich.d
       Snowden his heirs Exec.rs and Administrators That he the said Thomas Jones
       ^the said Land and premisses hereby granted & Demised against him the said Thomas Jones^ his Heirs Executors and Administrators and against all other person and
       Persons claiming or to claim from by or under him or from by or under any other
       Person or Persons whatsoever Shall and will Warrant and for Ever defend
       by these presents In Witness whereof the Said Thomas Jones hath
       hereunto Interchangeably set his hand and Seal the day and year first above

       Right and Estate of the within Named Richard Snowden his heirs

Ex.d This Indenture Made the third day of April in the Year of Our
       Lord One Thousand Seven hundred and fivety five between Thomas
       Hutchcraft of Ann Arundell County Planter of the one part and
       Richard Snowden of the Same County Iron Master of the other part
       Whereas a Certain William Moorehouse by Indenture bearing date the
       fifteen^th^ day of March in the Year of Our Lord One thousand seven hundred
       and fifty five of the one part and the said Thomas Hutchcraft of the
       other part for the Consideration of thirty pounds sterling Money did
       grant Bargain Sell and Confirm unto the said Thomas Hutchcraft
       his heirs and assigns all that Tract or parcell of Land called More
       houses home Lying and being in Ann Arundell County containing
       and laid out for fivety acres more or less and allso these other Tracts
