       Seperately or together to Acknowledge before any Court Judges or Justices
       according to the Laws of s.d Province of Maryland all my Right Title
       Property and Demand in the remaining part of Brookhill after the
       Deficiency in M.r James Russells Land thereout be made good to be in
       the within named Lingan Wilson his Heirs and Assigns for Ever
       and that all my Right Title Property Claim & Demand of in and to the
       within mentioned Tract of Land Called Kinsale and part of a Tract
       thereto adjoining called Beanes Landing with their Respective
       Appurtenances to be in the within Named John Eversfield my Father
       his Heirs and assigns for Ever in as full and ample Manner as I
       would do were I personally present Given under my hand and seal the
       twenty Second Day of March One thousand Seven hundred and
       fifty four

Aug.t 28.th 1754 Then Came Captain Walter Montgomrie before me the Subscriber
       one of the Justices of the provincial Court of Maryland made Oath
       on the Holy Evangelist of Almighty God that he was personally
       present in London and saw John Eversfield Jun.r party to the
       within Deed Sign Seal and Deliver the Same as his Act and Deed
       for the Uses within mentioned as also the power of Attorney on the
       Back of the said Deed for the uses therein mentioned and was one
       of the Subscribing Witnesses Together with Robert Lee Rob.t Minie
       to both the said Deed and power of Attorney sworn before me Sept.r
Sept.r 26.th 1754                                                            J Hepburne
                           Then Came before me the subscriber one of
       the Justices of the provincial Court of Maryland and made Oath on
       the Holy Evangelist that he was personally present in London &
       saw John Eversfield Jun.r Sign Seal and Deliver the within Deed
       and Power of Attorney on the Back of the same for the uses within
       mentioned as also Sign the Receipt of his Father bearing Date
       March 22.d 1754 to which I and Rob.t Lee were Subscribing Witnesses
