          September the 28.th 1754 Came before me one of his Lordships Justices of the
          Provincial Court of Maryland the above mentioned W.m Eversfield and
       Benjamin Brooke attorneys appointed and Constituted by the above said
       John Eversfield Jun.r for the Acknowledgement of the within Deed according
       to the Laws of the above provinces and in Conformity of their Power of
       Attorney did in behalf and in the name of the said John Eversfield jun.r
       according to the Laws of said Province Acknowledged that all and singular
       the Right Title Interest property claim and Demand of him the said
       John Eversfield Jun.r of in and to the within Mentioned Land called Kinsale
       and part of a Tract called Beanes's Landing thereto Adjacent with their
       Respective Appurtenances to be in the within mentioned John Eversfield Clerk his Heirs &
       Assigns for ever and in like Manner that his the said John Eversfield Jun.r Right
       of in and to the remaining part of the within Tract of Land Called Brook
       Hill after Satisfaction made in the Deficiency in M.r James Russells Land
       Called Cuckolds point be in the within named Lingan Wilson his heirs
       and assigns for Ever also taken and acknowledged the Day and Year above
       written before me

       Received March the 22.d 1754
                                        of my Father the Reverend John Eversfield the sum of one
       hundred and Seventy two pounds four Shillings Sterling it being the Principal
       and Interest of the Money Lent by me to M.r Ninian Wilson on the Mortgage
       of his Lands Kinsale Brookhill &c.a and by virtue of a power of Attorney from
       me Received by my said Father of him on my account I sat received

       Received Jan.ry 27.th 1755 Came Captain Rob.t Lee before me the Subscriber
       one of the Justices of the provincial Court of Maryland and made oath on the
       holy Evangelist of Almighty God that he was personally present in London
       and saw John Eversfield Jun.r Sign the within Receipt together with the Deed
       and power of Attorney to which it is Annexed and Delivered them as his Act and
       Deed for the uses therein mentioned and that he the said Robert Lee together
       with Robert Minie were Subscribing Witnesses to the within Receipt as also
