       prove most Advantageous and Agreeable to Me and them with which promise
       of payment of the Sum af.d and for the further Consideration of Five Shillings
       sterling and for other Good Causes and Considerations me thereunto moving I hereby
       fully truly and Absolutely Remise Release and for Ever Quit Claim to
       my Father the Rev.d John Eversfield his Heirs and Assigns for Ever all my
       Right Title Interest Property Claim and Demand whatsoever of in and to the s.d
       Tract of Land called Kinsale containing two hundred and fifty Acres of Land
       more or less as also said part of a Tract of Land thereto adjoining called Beanes's
       Landing containing twenty four Acres more or less specified in the Mortgage Deed
       to me af.d without the Advantages and appurtenances to them respectively belonging
       or in anywise appertaining and that my said Father the Rev.d John Eversfield
       his Heirs and Assigns for Ever hereafter shall never be Molested or disturbed
       in the Enjoyment of the Said Lands and premisses by me my heirs Exec.rs &
       Administrators nor any Claimant or Claimants under us but the said Lands
       and premises shall have hold possess occupy and Enjoy peaceably and
       Quietly for Ever Discharged and Barred from all Claims Rights or Actions
       of Right or Demands whatsoever from me my Heirs Executors and Administrators
       all fully Clearly and Absolutely to all Intents and purposes as if
       the above Recited Mortgage Deed of said Wilson to me had never been made
          In Witness whereof I the said John Eversfield Jun.r have ^here^unto set My hand &
       seal this twenty second Day of March in the Year of Our Lord One thousand Seven
       hundred fifty and four
