       only on the Back of the Mortgage Deed in Discharge of Said Money Interest
       Principal and Interest without any formal Release from me or Instrument
       of Reconveying of said Land to their respective owners Now Know Ye
       that the Said John Eversfield Jun.r do for my self my heirs Executors and
       Administrators in Consideration of the Proportionable Value lent on     
       the remaining part of Brookhill af.d in the Consideration Money of the
       said Mortgage Deed paid my said Father in Manner af.d as also
       five Shillings Sterling Money of Great Britain Have Remised
       fully truly and Also lately Remise Release and for Ever Quit Claim
       to the Said Lingan Wilson his Heirs and Assigns for Ever all My
       Right Title Interest Property Claim and Demand of in and to that
       remaining part of a Tract of Land called Brookhill Specified in the
       af.d Mortgage after his ^its^ making Good the Deficiency in M.r James
       Russells Land af.d with all the Advantages and Conveniencies thereunto
       belonging To have hold possess occupie and enjoy peaceably
       and quietly free from all Molestation and disturbance from me my Heirs
       Executors and Administrators and all and Every Claimant or Claimants
       Under us for Ever hereafter whom We barr by these Presents And for as
       much as the said Lingan Wilson by his Absolute Deed of Bargain
       and Sale before mentioned conveyed all his Right whatever in Law
       or Equity possession or Expectancy Reversion or Reversions of in and to
       the af.d Tract of Land called Kinsale containing two hundred &
       fifty Acres More or less and part of Beanes Landing thereto Adjoining
       containing twenty four Acres More or less Specified in the Mortgage
       to me af.d to my said Father the Rev.d John Eversfield his Heirs &
       Assigns for Ever with Generall Warranty for the Security and Defence
       of the same whereby the Right of Equity of Redemption and the
       Right of Release of said Lands from me is Vested in my Father
       his Heirs and Assigns by the Said Lingan Wilsons Absolute Deed
       of Bargain and Sale as af.d ^Now^ Know Ye that I the said John Eversfield
       jun.r for and in Consideration of ^the Sum of^ one hundred and sixty one pounds nine
       shillings Sterl by my Father Received on my Account from the Said
       Lingan Wilson and the Interest thereunto the Fine af.d amounting in
       the whole to one hundred and Seventy four pounds four shillings
       Sterling to which my said Father is answerable by the Receipt
       af.d and by his promise to me has assumed the payment to me
       My Heirs Executors and Administrators in Such Manner as will
