Ex.d   This Indenture made this Twenty fourth day of May in the Year of
       our Lord God Seventeen Hundred and fifty four Between John Shrivers of Ann arundell
       County in the Province of Maryland of the one part and Thomas Oliver of the same
       County and Province of the other part Witnesseth that the said John Shivers for and in
       Consideration of the sum of sixteen Pounds Sterl by the said Thomas Olover to the said John
       Shivers in hand paid before the Ensealing and Delivery of these Presents Hath Granted
       Bargained sold set over and Confirmed and by these Presents Doth grant bargain sell set over
       and confirm unto the said Thomas Olover his heirs and Assigns for ever one hundred Acres of
       Land being part of a Certain tract or Parcel of Land lying in Fred^e^rick County aforesaid
       called Addition to parrs Range Begining at the End of the first Course of y.e s.d ^Tract of^ Land Called
       Addition to Parrs Range and Runing thence North forty two degrees East one hundred and
       twenty ^one^ Perches thence North forty eight degrees West ninety eight Pches thence South seventy
       degrees West one hundred and thirteen Pches thence South forty perches thence South fifty one degrees
       East and forty Minutes one hundred and twenty six perches and now Laid out for one
       Hundred Acres of land more or Less together with all and Singular y.e Edifices Orchards
       Improvements Benefits and Advantages whatsoever to the same belonging or in any wise
       thereto Appurtaining To have and to hold the Land and premisses aforesaid and every
       part & parcel thereof with there and every of their Appurtenances unto the said Tho.s Olover
       his heirs and Ass.s for ever and to no other Use intent or purpose whatsoever and the said
       John Shivers for himself his Heirs executors administrators and Assigns doth covenat
       promise & ^Agree to and^ with y.e said Thomas Olover his heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns
       that he the said John Shivers his heirs Executors Administrators & ass.s shall & will at the
       reasonable request & Cost & Charges in the Law of the said Thomas Olover his Heirs Executors
       Administrators or As.s make do & Legally Execute all & every such further Lawfull &
       reasonably Assurance & Conveyance or other instruments of writing for y.e further Assuring &
       coveying the hereby Granted Land & Premisses unto the said Tho.s Olover his heirs Executors
       Administrators & Ass.s as by the said Thomas Olover or his Council Learn.d in the Law shall be
       reasonably shall be reasonably Advised or Required & the said John Shivers for himself
       his heirs Executors Administrators or As.s the Land and Premisses Af.d according to y.e meets
       and bounds aforesaid unto the said Tho.s Olover his heirs Executors Administrators & As.s for
       ever hereafter Against all manner of Persons Claims or Demands whatsoever to Warrant &
       for ever Defend In Testimony whereof the Parties aforesaid to these Presents have
       Interchangeable set their hands & Affixed their seal the Day & Year first above mentioned

       On the back of the foregoing Deed was thus endorsed Viz Received the twenty fourth
