       to be the Right ^Title^ and Estate of the within mentioned George Plater his Heirs &
       Assigns for ever and the said Jane being first examined privately out of the
       Hearing of her said Husband did Acknowledge the Lands and Premisses within
       mentioned to be the Right and Title of the said George Plater his Heirs and
       Assigns for ever and that she made such Acknowledgement willingly and
       freely and without being induced thereto by Fears or Threats of or ill Usage
       by her Husband or fear of his Displeasure

       Virginia fs      I Benjamin Waller Clerk of the General Court of the Colony of
       Virginia do hereby certify that the Honourable Richard Corbin Esq who attests the
       Certificate of the Acknowledgement of this Indenture by the within named Ralph
       Wormeley and Jane his Wife Parties thereto endorsed on the said Indenture is one
       of the Justices of the said Court and that full Faith and Credit is and ought to
       be given to all Things by him so attested Given under my Hand this 30.th
       Day of November 1753                                 Ben Waller Cl Gen Cur

       To which said Deed was annexed the following Certificate Viz.t

       Virginia Sc.t   Robert Dinwiddie Esq.r his Majesty's Lieutenant
       Governor & Commander in Chief of the Colony and Dominion of Virginia
      
       To all to whom these Presents shall come Greeting

       I do hereby certify that the Honble Richard Corbin Esq.r who attests the
       Certificate of the Acknowledgement of the Indenture hereto annexed is one of
       the Justices of the General Court in this Colony And that Benjamin Waller Gent
       who attests the Certificate endorsed on the said Indenture is Clerk of the said
       Court and that due Faith and Credit is and ought to be given to all Things
       by them so certified and attested

             In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my Hand and caused the Seal of
       the said Colony to be affixed at Williamsburgh this Twenty ninth Day of
       November One thousand seven hundred and fifty three in the Twenty seventh
       Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord King George the Second
