       Plater now lives in Saint Marys County aforesaid and all that Land
       adjoining to the said Plantation commonly called Masons as also all that
       Land where Doctor Mackgill lately lived in the said County of Saint Marys
       which said Lands were devised by James Bowles Esq.r to the said Jane and
       her Heirs And also all the Estate Right Title and Interest of her the said
       Jane of in and to one third Part of a Tract of Land called Grantham in
       Kent County in the said Province which Descended to the said Jane from
       her said Father deceased And also the Reversion and Reversions
       Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and Profits of all and singular
       the Premisses above mentioned and every Part and Parcel thereof And all
       the Estate Right Title Claim and Demand whatsoever of them the said
       Ralph and Jane of in and to the said Lands and Premisses and every
       Part and Parcel thereof with the Appurtenances To have and to hold
       the said several Tracts of Land Plantations and Premisses above mentioned
       and every Part and Parcel with the Appurtenances unto the said George
       Plater his Heirs and Assigns to the only proper Use and Behoof of the
       said George Plater his Heirs and Assigns for ever And the said Ralph
       Wormley and Jane his Wife for them and their Heirs the said several Tracts
       of Land and Plantations and Premisses and every Part and Parcel
       thereof with the Appurtenances against them and their Heirs and against
       all and every Person claiming under them to the said George Plater his
       Heirs and Assigns shall and will Warrant and for ever defend by these
       Presents   In Witness whereof the said Ralph and Jane have hereunto
       set and put their Hands and seals the Day and Year first above written

       On the back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Written Viz.t

       I hereby acknowledge to have received from the within mentioned George
       Plater the Sum of Five hundred Pounds Sterling being the Consideration
       Money within mentioned      I say received by me

                   Virginia fs.t      Then Came before me Richard Corbin Esq.r
       one of his Majesties Justices of the General Court of the said Colony of
       Virginia the within named Ralph Wormley and Jane his Wife and the said
       Ralph Acknowledged the Lands and Premisses within mentioned with
       the Appurtenances within specifyed and contained in the within Deed
