479) the same and will not Nonsuit Disavow or Discontinue any such Action or Suit nor shall revoke this present Letter or Attorney or the Power hereby granted And that he the said Peter Fearon his Executors and Administrators shall and will upon every reasonable Request do every such further lawful and reasonable Act and Acts for the better Authorizing and enabling the said Lancelot Jacques his Executors Administrators and Assigns at his and their Costs to recover and receive to his and their own Use and Uses the said hereby assigned Premisses as by the said Lancelot Jacques his Executors Administrators or Assigns or his or their Council learned in the Law shall be reasonably devised or advised and required In Witness whereof the said Peter Fearon hath hereunto set his Hand and Seal in London this Twenty eighth Day of March in the Year of our Lord One Thousand seven hundred and fifty four and in the Twenty seventh Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the second by the Grace of God of Great Britain France and Ireland King Defender of the Faith and so forth Sealed and Delivered (being first duly stampt) in Presence of P Fearon Seal Witness.s Tho.s Askew Jn.o Thompson On the Back of the aforegoing Writing was thus Endorsed Viz.t Maryland fs.t On the twelfth Day of July 1754 Came the within named Thomas Askew one of the subscribing Witnesses to the within Writing and made Oath before me the Subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court of Maryland that he saw the within Peter Fearon sign seal and as his Act and Deed deliver the within Writing for the Uses and Purposes therein mentioned and that he the said Thomas Askew at the same Time signed as a Witness thereto and saw the within named John Thompson also sign as a Witness thereto Sworn to before me Geo Steuart Recorded July 13.th 1754 11 sides Ex.d This Indenture made the Twenty ninth Day of Nov.r One thousand seven hundred and fifty three Between Ralph Wormley of Middlesex County in the Colony of Virginia Esq.r and Jane his Wife Daughter and Coheir of James Bowles of the Province of Maryland Esq.r deceased of the one Part and George Plater of Saint Marys County in the said Province Esq.r of the other Part Witnesseth that the said Ralph Wormley and Jane his Wife for and in Consideration of the Sum of Five hundred Pounds Sterling in hand paid by the said George Plater the Receipt whereof he the said Ralph doth hereby acknowledge Have granted bargained sold aliened released and confirmed and by these Presents Do grant bargain sell alien release and confirm unto the said George Plater his Heirs and Assigns for ever All that Tract of and Plantation Dwelling House and Appurtenances whereon the said George (Plater) |
