       a streight line to the Beginning tree Containing One hundred and Twenty four Acres more or
       less Together with the Houses out Houses Fences Orchards Improvements and Advantages
       to his several Tracts or Parcells of Land above mentioned Appertaining or in any wise belonging
       and also all the Right Title clame and Estate of the said Henry Watson and Lucy Watson of in
       or to the said Tracts or Parcells of Land and the Appurtenances afs.d To have and to hold
       the said Tracts or Parcells of Land with the whole Advantages and Appurtenances thereunto
       Belonging and the said James Dick his heirs and Assigns for ever to such use and to and for
       such intents and Purposes as are herein after Expressed and declared that is to say to the Use
       and behoof of the said James Dick his heirs and Assigns for ever and to and for no other Use or
       Uses Intents or Purposes whatsoever And the said Henry Watson and Lucy Watson for themselves
       and their heirs the afs.d Tracts or Parcells of Land to him the said James Dick his heirs and
       Assigns to and for the use afs.d against all manner of Persons Claiming by from or under the
       said Henry Watson and Lucy Watson and their heirs shall and will Warrant and for ever
       defend   In Witness whereof the Parties to the above Deed have hereunto set their hands
       and seals the day Month and Year being first above Written

                            On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorsed Viz.t

       On the Eighth day of February 1754 Henry Watson Acknowledged the within Deed before me
       According to the ^form of the^ Act of Assembly in such case made and Provided Also Lucy Watson Wife to the
       said Henry Acknowledged the within Deed And being Examined out of the hearing of her
       said Husband she declared that she did it freely and Voluntarily not being Compelled thereto
       by the threats of her said Husband or the fear of his Displeasure In Witness whereof
       we have hereunto set our hands day and Year afs.d The said Henry Watson and Lucy Watson
       his Wife Parties to the within Deed then did Declare and Acknowledge the within three
       Tracts of Land to be the Right and Estate of the within mentioned James Dick his heirs
       and Assigns for ever According to the form of the Act of Assembly in such case made

       Received Eight February 1754 the Sum of Three hundred and Seventy Pounds five shillings
