459) Russell by his Deed Indented bearing Date the Thirty first day of August in the Year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred fifty and three did Convey and make over unto Joseph Bell of Prince Georges County Gent the afs.d three Tracts of Land called the Vineyard and Flints Discovery and the Widows Mite to and for the use and behoof of the said Lucy Watson wife of the said Henry Watson her heirs and Assigns for ever to and for no other Use or Intent whatsoever Now the said Henry Watson and the said Lucy Watson Wife to the said Henry for and in Consideration of the sum of Three hundred and Seventy Pounds Sterling Money of Great Britain due by the said Henry unto the said William Black as also the Sum of Five Shillings like money in hand paid by the said James Dick the Receipt whereof is hereby Acknowledged Have given Granted Bargained Sold Aliened enfeoffed and Confirmed And by these Presents Do give Grant Bargain Sell alien Enfeoff and Confirm unto the said James Dick his heirs and Assigns for ever the afs.d three Tracts or Parcells of Land all lying and being in Prince Georges County afs.d to wit that Tract or Parcell of Land called the Vineyard Beginning at a Bounded Cedar Standing on a Rock called the Key of all Keys and runing thence East North East Sixty four Perches to a Small Branch side then South Nine Degrees East with the Branch thirty Perches then South Nineteen degrees West thirty Perches into the River then West Eighteen Perches then with a streight line unto the first Tree Containing sixty One Acres more or less And also that Tract of Land being part of a Tract called Flints Discovery Beginning at the end of three hundred and Twenty Perches in the North line being the Second Line of a Tract of Land called the Widows Mite and runing thence North One hundred and fifty two Perches East Sixty Eight Perches South One hundred and thirty ^Eight^ Perches then with a Streight Line to the Beginning Containing sixty two Acres more or less And also that Parcell of Land being part of the Tract called the Widows Mite lying betwixt the Branches of Goose Creek and Rock Creek Beginning at a Bounded Cedar standing on a Rock called the Key of all Keys and runing thence East North East One hundred and ninety two Perches then North One hundred and Seventy Perches then North Eight degrees West Sixty Perches then south forty seven degrees west two hundred and four Perches then with a Streight line to the Beginning Containing One hundred and Ninety Six Acres more or less And also that Parcell of Land being part of the said Tract called the Widows Mite beginning in the given line of the said Tract Two hundred and seventy Perches from the Bounded Cedar on the Rock called Key of all Keys and runing thence East North East Ninety Six Perches then North fifty eight degrees West thirty Perches then North Eighty three degrees West sixty four Perches then with a Streight line to the Beginning Containing Nineteen and a half Acres more or less And also that Parcell of Land being another part of the Tract called the Widows Mite Beginning at a Bounded Spanish Oak standing in the second line of the said Land and Beginning in the Second line of the said Land at the end of One hundred and Seventy Perches and running thence North Two hundred and thirty eight Perches South fifty eight degrees West One hundred sixty Six Perches South two degrees East Eighty Perches then with (a) |
