       Butted and Bounded as hereafter mentioned (That is to say Beginning
       North One hundred Perches Distant from the three bounded white Oaks the
       beginning Trees of the aforesaid Parrs Range and running thence North two
       hundred Perches to the end of the first Course of the aforesaid Parrs Range thence ^North forty two Degrees East One hundred & thirty Perches thence^
       North forty eight Degrees West forty Perches thence South forty two Degrees
       East One hundred and forty nine Perches thence South One hundred and ninety
       nine Perches thence East Ten Perches thence South twenty Perches to the
       Dividing line of that part Sold to John Shivers then with the said Dividing
       line to the first beginning containing and now laid out for Two hundred and
       fifty Acres of Land more or less together with all and singular the Premisses
       and Appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining To have
       and to hold the said Two hundred and fifty Acres of Land as aforesaid
       together with all and singular the Premisses and Appurtenances unto the said
       Nicholas Aldridge his Heirs and Assigns for ever to the only proper use and
       behoof of him the said Nicholas Aldridge his Heirs and Assigns for ever
       And the said John Howard and his Heirs the said Two hundred and fifty Acres
       of Land unto the said Nicholas Aldridge and his Heirs in manner and form
       aforesaid Conveyed against him the said John Howard and his Heirs and against
       all and every other Person and Persons whatsoever shall and will Warrant and
       for ever defend   And the said John Howard doth for himself his Heirs
       Executors Administrators Covenant Promise Grant and Agree to and with the said
       Nicholas Aldridge his Heirs and Assigns That he the said Nicholas Aldridge
       his Heirs shall and may Peaceably and Quietly have hold Occupy Possess
       and Enjoy the said Bargained Premisses with their Appurtenances free from
       the Lett Suit Molestation or Interruption of any Person or Persons whatsoever
       And further that he the said John Howard and his Heirs shall upon Request
       and at the Charges in the Law of him the said Nicholas Aldridge his Heirs
       and Assigns make do suffer Acknowledge and Execute any other or further
       Act or Acts thing or things in the Law whatsoever that shall by the said
       Nicholas Aldridge his Heirs or Assigns his or their Councell Learned in the
       Law be reasonably Devised Advised or Required for the better and more sure
       making the said Bargained Premisses to the said Nicholas Aldridge his
       Heirs and Assigns for ever   In Witness whereof the Partie first above written
       hath hereunto Interchangeably set his hand and Affixed his Seal the day and
       Year aforementioned
