       Maryland 27 June 1753  Then came before me one of his Lordships Justices of
       the Provincial Court Robert Darnall one of the Witnesses to the within Deed and
       made Oath on the Holy Evangelist of Almighty God that he saw William
       Torver Bartholomew Pomeroy & Joseph Janson sign Seal and Deliver the
       within Deed as their Act and Deed and at the same time saw Matthias
       Harris and Alexander Williamson the other two Subscribing Witnesses Sign
       the same as Evidences                                             John Hepburn

       Maryland 27.th June 1753  Appeared before me one of the Right Honourable the
       Lord Proprietors Justices of the Provincial Court Brian Philpot Jun.r and by
       Virtue of the above Power of Attorney for and on behalf of the within named
       William Torver Bartholomew Pomeroy and Joseph Janson Assignees of
       John Philpot and C.o Acknowledged the within Deed as their Act and Deed
       and the Lands therein Conveyed to be the Right of the within named
       James Perry his Heirs and Assigns            Acknowledged before

                                   This Indenture made this fifteenth
       Day of November Anno Dom One Thousand seven hundred and fifty three
       Between John Howard (son of Benj.a) of Ann Arundel County Gent of the
       one part and Nicholas Aldridge of the aforesaid County Planter of the other
       part Witnesseth that the said John Howard for and in Consideration of the Sum
       of Twenty eight Pounds Sterling Money to him in hand paid at and before the
       ensealing and delivery of these Presents by the said Nicholas Aldridge the
       Receipts whereof he ^the said John Howard^ doth hereby Acknowledge and himself therewith fully
       satisfyed contented and paid and thereof and therefrom and from every ^part &^ parcel
       thereof doth fully clearly and absolutely Exonerate Acquit and Discharge
       the said Nicholas Aldridge his Heirs and Assigns for ever Hath given
       granted bargained sold Aliened Enfeoffed and Confirmed And by these
       Presents Doth fully clearly and absolutely give grant bargain sell alien
       Enfeoff and Confirm unto the said Nicholas Aldridge his Heirs and Assigns
       for ever All such Moiety or part of a Tract of Land called Pans Range
       Situated and lying partly in Ann Arundel Baltimore and Frederick Countys
