       whatsoever and the said Joseph Bickerton for himself his heirs Ex.rs and Administrators doth further
       Covenant grant and agree to and with the said John Skinner his Heirs and Assigns that he the
       said Joseph Bickerton the afs.d three parcells of Lands with their and every of their Appurtenances
       against the lawfull Claim of all Persons whatsoever to him the said John Skinner
       his heirs and assigns will for ever Warrant and Defend by these Presents Provided Nevertheless
       and it is the true Intent and meaning of these Presents that in case the afs.d
       Joseph Bickerton his Heirs Ex.rs or Administrators do and shall well and truly Pay or Cause
       to be Paid to the afs.d John Skinner his Heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs or assigns the before mentioned sum
       of sixty Pounds Current money at or before the Twenty Seventh day of September which
       shall happen in the year of our Lord one Thousand seven Hundred and fifty five being two
       years from the date hereof with Lawfull Interest for the same that then this Present Indenture
       of Bargain and sale to be utterly void and of none Effect as if the same never had been
       made otherwise to stand and remain in full force and virtue in Law In Witness whereof
       the said Joseph Bickerton hath hereunto sett his hand and affixed his seale the Day &
       year first above written

                                         One the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Indorse (Viz.t)
       Thomas Ireland Jun.r   Calvert County fs.t It is to be Remembered that on the
       David Arnold               day and year within written the within named Joseph Bickerton
      
       Personally appeared before us the Subscribers two of the right Honb.le the Lord Proprys
       Justices of the Peace for the County afs.d and acknowledged the within written Indenture to be
       his Act and Deed for the uses within mentioned and prayed the same may be recorded where
       the same by Law ought   In Testimony whereof hereunto ^we have^ Subscribed our handes the date
