       Esewhere whom it doth shall or may concern All and every such Sum and Sums of
       Money Rents Debts Dues Claims and Demands whatsoever which now are due
       Owing unto him me the said Ann Fell or which shall or may Accrue or belong to me
       out of the Estate of my said late Father Edward Fell deceased or otherwise howsoever
       and in default of Payment thereof to have use and take all Lawfull ways and
       means in my Name or otherwise for the Recovery thereof by Attachment Arrest
       Distress or otherwise and to Compound & Agree for the same and on Receipt thereof
       Acquittances or other sufficient discharges for the same for me and in my Name or
       otherwise to make Seal and Deliver And to do all Lawfull Acts and Things
       whatsoever concerning the Premisses as fully in every respect as I myself might
       or could do if I were Personally present and an Attorney or Attorneys under him
       for the Purposes afsd to make and at his Pleasure to Revoke Hereby ratifying
       Allowing and Confirming all and whatsoever my said Attorney shall in my
       Name or otherwise Lawfully do or cause to be done in and about the Premisses
       by Virtue of these Presents In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand
       and Seal the Eleventh day of June in the Year of our Lord One Thousand
       Seven hundred and fifty three and in the Twenty seventh Year of the Reign of
       our Sovereign Lord George the Second by the Grace of God of Great Britain
       France and Ireland King Defender of the Faith and so forth
