392) Premisses therein mentioned to be the Right and Estate of the within Named John Brice his Heirs and Assigns for ever according to the true Intent and meaning of the same Deed and the Act of Assembly in that Case made and Provided Before Robert Gordon Sept.r the 5.th 1753 Received of John Brice Esq five Shillings and eleven Pence Sterling for his Lordships Use (it being the Alienation Fine on the within mentioned Lands) by Virtue of a Commission from Benjamin Tasker Esq his said Lordships Agent and Receiver General Rich.d Dorsey Recorded September the 5.th 1753 8 Ex.d This Indenture made the sixth day of September in the Year of our Lord Seventeen hundred and fifty three Between William Steuart of the City of Annapolis of the one part and Benjamin Tasker Senior and Benjamin Tasker Junior of the same City Esquires of the other part Witnesseth that the said William Steuart for and in Consideration of the Sum of Five Shillings Sterling to him in hand paid or Secured to be paid by them the said Benjamin Tasker senior and Benjamin Tasker Junior the Receipt whereof he doth hereby Acknowledge and himself therewith to be fully Contented and paid and by these presents doth Release and Discharge the said Benjamin Tasker Senior and Benjamin Tasker Junior thereof and of every part and Parcel thereof Hath bargained Sold made over and Confirmed and by these Presents Doth Bargain Sell make over and Confirm unto them the said Benjamin Tasker Senior and Benjamin Tasker junior All those two several Tracts or Parcels of Land lying and being formerly in Prince Georges but now in Frederick County that is to say the one called The Vineyard Containing One hundred and fifty four Acres more or less Together with all Houses Edifices Buildings Commodities Advantages and Appurtenances to the same belonging or in any wise Appertaining and the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and Profits of the said Premisses with the Appurtenances and of every part thereof and all the Estate Right Title Interest Use Trust Property Claim and Demand whatsoever of him the said William Steuart of in to or out of the said Premisses with the Appurtenances and every part and Parcel thereof To have and to hold the said two several Tracts or parcels of Land and Premisses with their and each and every of their Appurtenances unto them the said Benjamin Tasker Senior and Benjamin Tasker Junior their Heirs and Assigns to the only proper Use and Behoof of them the said Benjamin Tasker Senior and Benjamin Tasker Junior their Heirs & Assigns (for) |
