391) Branch of Ferry Creek that is to say one Tract or Parcel of Land called Underwoods Addition Granted to Samuel Underwood Grand Father of the afores.d Samuel Underwood party to these Presents for the Quantity of twenty two Acres & one half of an Acre ^of Land^ also one other Tract or Parcel of Land called Middle Neck Originally Granted to Thomas Underwood Great Grand Father of the said Samuel Underwood Party to these Presents for the Quantity of fifty Acres of Land more or less. Also one other Tract or Parcel of Land called Mutual Consent alias Mutual Consent originally Granted to the said Samuel Underwood Grand Father to the said Samuel Underwood Party to these Presents and one William Cockey for the Quantity of Fifty Acres of Land more or less. Also one other Tract or Parcel of Land called the Landing Originally Granted to the afsd Thomas Underwood for the Quantity of One hundred Acres of Land more or less together with the Houses Buildings and Improvements on the aforesaid Several Tracts or Parcels of Land or any or either of them with their and every of their Appurtenances Together with all the Right Title Interest Property Claim and Demand whatsoever of him the said Samuel Underwood either in Law or Equity of in or to the aforesaid Tracts or Parcels of Land with their each and every of their Appurtenances unto him the said John Brice his Heirs and Assigns for ever and the said Samuel Underwood for himself his Heirs Executors and Adm.rs hereby Covenants and Agrees to and with the said John Brice his Heirs and Assigns that he the said Samuel Underwood and his Heirs the aforesaid several Tracts or Parcels of Land and Premisses with their each and every of their Appurtenances unto him the said John Brice his Heirs and Assigns against him the said Samuel Underwood and his Heirs and all Persons Claiming or to Claim by from or under him them or any or either of them shall and will for ever Warrant and Defend by these Presents.
