       Now this Indenture Witnesseth that the said George Rock for the better Security of the
       said several Sums of Money and in Consideration of the Sum of five Shillings Sterling Money to him
       in hand paid the Receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath Granted Bargained and Sold and by
       these Presents doth give grant Bargain and Sell unto the said Stephen Onion and Alexander
       Lawson their Heirs and Assigns Twenty Acres of Land in Cecil County on North East River on a Branch
       thereof laid out for a Grist Mill and Granted by Lease by the Right Honble the Lord to Propry bearing
       date the twenty ninth day of September 1746 to the said George Rock together with the said Grist
       Mill and all other Houses Buildings Improvements Conveniencies Profits Advantages and
       Appurtenances thereunto belonging or therewith used To have and to hold to them the said
       Stephen Onion and Alexander Lawson their Heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs & Assigns to them and their
       own use for and during the Residue of the said Term for which the said Premisses are Demised
       and in Trust for the Payment of the several and Respective Debts as well mentioned in the former
       Mortgage to the said Stephen Onion and Alexander Lawson as the Debts in this Present Deed
       the said Creditors and each of them in the former Mortgage mentioned bearing or Advancing a
       Proportionable part of the above Sums of forty Eight Pounds seven Shillings & five Pence and
       One Hundred Eighty four Pounds four Shillings and three Pence for the Redeeming the said
       Mortgage Deed to the said Daniel Dulany and in every other Act Relating to the same
       they bear their Proportionable part of charge otherwise to be for Ever Excluded & Barred
       from all or any Benefit or Advantage of this Present Deed Provided Nevertheless and
       it is the true Intent and meaning of this Present Deed that if the said George Rock or his
       Heirs shall on or before the Nineteenth day of December in the Year seventeen hundred
       fifty one pay and Satisfie unto the several and Respective Creditors the Sums of Money to
       them and each of them due and Owing with the Lawfull Interest thereon Also all the
       Cost and Charges that shall or may arise or become due and Payable from them the said
       Stephen Onion and Alexander Lawson or either of them for or by Reason of the Premisses
       afs.d that then this Present Indenture and every Article and Clause therein in Contained shall
       be Nul void and of none Effect In Witness whereof the said George Rock hath hereunto
       set his hand and Seal the Day and Year above written

       Constituted Authorized and Appointed and by these presents doth make ordain Constitute ^Authorize^ and Appoint James
       Dick of the Province of Maryland Merchant his true and lawfull Attorney Giving and hereby Granting
