382) running thence South Seventy eight Degrees West forty three and a Quarter P.s ^to the South East Corner of Beall Hunting Quarter and with the said Land South sixty one and a half degrees^ West to the Branch known by the Name of back branch to and with the said Branch to a Corner of s.d Ja.s Offutt his part of said Tract of Land and with his Line to the first beginning Boundary Containing by Estimation forty nine and a half Acres of Land or thereabouts Also All that Tract or Parcel of Land called Greenfield lying in Prince Georges County afsd taken from the South part of the Land for John Darnall known by the Name of Something formerly Surveyed for Two hundred Acres more or less Beginning at a Bounded White Oak it being the North East Corner Tree of a Parcel of Land laid out for Cap.t Brock and running from the said Bounded White Oak North for the length of forty nine Perches to a Gum standing on the South side of a Branch called John Dernalls ^back^ Branch and from the said Gum North and by West forty P.s to a Spanish Oak standing on the South side of the said back Branch and from the said Spanish Oak running West and by South One hundred and ninety Perches to a White Oak standing in the dividing Line of the said John Dernall and Will.m Ray's Land and running with the said Line South to Intersect with the West & by South line of s.d Cap.t Brock's Land and from thence with a streight line to the first Bounded Tree Containing and laid out for One hundred and nine Acres of Land more or less with all and singular the Premisses and Appurtenances thereunto belonging To have and to hold the said two Tracts or Parcels of Land and Premisses with the Appurtenances thereunto belonging unto him the said John Lamar junior his Heirs and Assigns for ever and to and for no other Use Intent or Purpose whatsoever And the said James Drain for himself his Heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs or Assigns Covenants and Agrees to and with the said John Lamar Junior his Heirs and Assigns by these Presents the said two Tracts or Parcels of Land and Premisses with their each and every of their Appurtenances unto the said John Lamar Jun.r his Heirs and Assigns ^against him the said James Drain his Heirs and Assigns^ and against all and every other Person or Persons whatsoever shall and will Warrant and Defend by these Presents Provided always and it is the true Intent and meaning of these Presents and the Parties to the same that if the above Named James Drain his Heirs Exors or Adm.rs shall well and truly pay or cause to be paid unto the said Benjamin Tasker the afsd Sum of One hundred and thirty Pounds Sterling with legal Interest thereon and also well and truly save harmless and keep Indemnifyed the said John Lamar Jun.r his Heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs or Assigns from the Payment of the said Sum of One hundred and thirty Pounds Sterling Money with legal Interest thereon and also and Lawfull Interest thereon and from all Costs and Charges that shall or may at any times hereafter Accrue on Account of his the said John Lamar Junior becoming Bound as aforesaid then these Presents and every Article and Clause therein contained ^shall cease determine and be void any thing herein Contained^ to the Contrary notwithstanding And the said James Drain for himself and his Heirs Covenants and (Agrees) |
