346) Release of the Reversion and Inheritance of the said Lands and Premisses hereby bargained and Sold or intended so to be with their and every of their Appurtenances to him and his Heirs to such Uses as shall be hereby declared In Witness whereof the said Parties to these Presents have hereunto Interchangeably set their hands and Seals the day and Year above Written Signed Sealed and Delivered Will.m Lux In the Presence of Us Beale Nicholson Tho.s Jennings W Byus 5 Recorded April 13.th 1753 Ex.d This Indenture Tripartite made the Twenty fourth day of March in the Year of our Lord Seventeen hundred and fifty three Between William Lux of Baltimore County Gentleman and Agness his Wife of the first part Thomas Jennings of the City of Annapolis Gentleman of the Second part and Beale Nicholson of the same place Gentleman of the third part Witnesseth that for and in Consideration of the Sum of Ten Shillings Current Money to the said William Lux and Agnes his Wife in hand paid by the said Beale Nicholson at or before the Sealing and Delivery of these Presents the Receipt whereof they the said William Lux and Agnes his Wife do hereby Acknowledge and thereof and therefrom and of ^and from^ every part and Parcel thereof do hereby Release Acquit and Discharge the said Beale Nicholson his Heirs Executors and Administrators And for the Docking Barring and Extinguishing all Estates Tails and all Reversions and Remainders thereupon Expectant or depending of and in the Lands Tenements and Hereditaments herein after mentioned They the said William Lux and Agnes his Wife (By and with the Advice & Consent of the said Thomas Jennings Testifyed by his being a Party to and his Sealing and Executing these Presents) Have and each of them Hath granted Bargained Sold Aliened Released and Confirmed and by these Presents Do and each of them Doth grant bargain sell alien release and confirm unto the said Beale Nicholson (in the Actual Possession of the Lands Tenements and Hereditaments herein after mentioned now being by Virtue of a Bargain and Sale to him thereof made by the said William Lux for the Consideration of the Sum of five Shillings Current Money by Indenture bearing date the day next before the day of the date of these Presents for the Term of one whole Year commencing from the day next before the day of the date thereof and by force of the Statute for Transferring Uses into Possession) All that Tract or Parcel of Land Situate lying and being in Baltimore County aforesaid called Walkers Wilderness Surveyed for Two hundred and twenty two Acres Also all that Tract or Parcel of Land Situate lying and being in Baltimore County aforesaid called Walkers Wilderness Continued Surveyed for one hundred and Ten Acres Also all that Tract or Parcel of Land situate lying ^and being^ in Baltimore County aforesaid ^called^ Mary's Plains Surveyed for Six hundred and twenty five Acres Also all that Tract or Parcel of Land situate lying and being in Baltimore County (aforesaid) |
