       East thirty six Perches North thirty three Degrees East thirty seven Perches North
       Twenty Two Degrees East twenty six Perches North forty seven and a half Degrees East
       fifty six Perches North Seven and a half Degrees West twenty four Perches North
       thirteen Degrees East thirty nine Perches North Twenty eight Degrees East thirty eight
       Perches North Twenty four Degrees East twelve Perches North forty six Degrees East thirty
       six Perches North twenty seven Degrees East eighteen Perches North seventy five
       Degrees West till it Intersect the line of the said Land and then with the lines of the said
       Tract to the Beginning Tree of the said Tract Containing Three hundred and sixty two
       Acres and one Quarter of an Acre of Land more or less and the Reversion and Reversions
       Remainder and Remainders of all and singular the Premisses herein before Granted
       and every part and Parcel thereof with their and every of their Rights Members and
       Appurtenances and all the Estate RIght Title Interest Use Trust Possession Property
       Profit Claim and Demand whatsoever both in Law and Equity of them the said
       Benedict Calvert and Elizabeth his Wife and each and every of them of into or out
       of the said Premisses herein before Granted   To have and to hold the said Parts or
       Parcels of the Tract of Land afsd and all and singular the Premisses herein before
       mentioned to be Granted with their and every of their Rights Members and Appurtenances
       unto the said David Ross his Heirs and Assigns to the only proper Use and
       Behoof of him the said David Ross his Heirs and Assigns for ever And the said
       Benedict Calvert and Elizabeth his Wife do and each and every of them doth hereby
       Covenant Promise and Agree to and with the said David Ross and his Heirs and Assigns
       by these Presents that they the said Benedict Calvert and Elizabeth his Wife nor either
       of them have made done Committed or Wittingly or Willingly suffered any Act matter
       or thing whatsoever whereby or by reason whereof the said above Granted Premisses
       or any part thereof is are shall or may be Impeached Charged or Incumbered in
       Title Charge Estate or otherwise howsoever In Witness whereof they have hereunto
       Affixed their hands and Seals the day and Year above Written
       Sealed and Delivered

             On the back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorsed Viz.t

       Received on the Twentieth day of February Anno Dom 1753 of the within named David
       Ross the Sum of Ninety two Pounds sixteen Shillings and two Pence Sterling being
       the Consideration within mentioned
       Witnesses   Mary Read, Jn.o Brice,                                    Bened.t Calvert

       Be it Remembered that on the Twentieth day of February Anno Domini Seventeen
       hundred & fifty three before me the Subscriber one of his Lordships Provincial Justices
       Personally Appeared the within named Benedict Calvert Esq.r and M.rs Elizabeth Calvert
       his Wife Partys to the within Instrument of Writing and Acknowledged the same to be
       their and each of their Act and Acts Deed and Deeds and the Lands and Premisses
       therein mentioned to be the Right and Estate of the within named David Ross his Heirs
       and Assigns ^for Ever^ according to the true Intent and meaning of the same Deed and the Act of
       Assembly in that Case made and Provided At the same time the said M.rs Elizabeth
       Calvert Wife of the said Benedict Calvert Esq.r being privately Examined apart
