280) and Profits thereof all the Estate Right Title Interest Use Possession Inheritance Claim and Demand whatsoever both in Law and Equity or otherways howsoever of him the said Thomas Parry or his Heirs of in or to the same and every part thereof unto him the said John Worthington his Heirs and Assigns for ever To have and to hold all the aforesaid Bargained Land and Premisses with the Appurtenances unto him the said John Worthington his Heirs and Assigns for ever and to the only Proper Use and Behoof of him the said John Worthington his Heirs and Assigns for ever and to none other Use Intent or Purpose whatsoever And the said Thomas Parry for himself and his Heirs Executors and Administrators and every of them doth Covenant Promise Grant and Agree to and with the said John Worthington his Heirs and Assigns That he the said Thomas Parry and his Heirs shall and will from time to time and at all times hereafter Warrant and for ever defend unto the said John Worthington his Heirs and Assigns All the above mentioned Bargained Premisses with the Appurtenances against all and every Person or Persons Claiming or to Claim by from or under him or by from or under the abovesaid Cornelius White deceased In Witness whereof he the said Thomas Parry Party to this Deed hath hereunto set his hand and Affixed his Seal the Day and Year first above Written Sealed and Delivered (being first duly stampt) in the Presence of Us Tho.s Parry Seal James Hall Dennis Dulany Jehoshap.t Rawlings On the back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorsed Viz.t London the 9.th December 1751 Received of John Worthington the Sum of fifty Pounds Sterling Money being the Consideration for the Land and Premisses within mentioned I say received P me Tho.s Parry Testes James Hall Dennis Dulany Jehoshap.t Rawlings London to wit Memorandum on this day (to wit) the Ninth day of December in the Year Seventeen hundred and fifty one before me came Thomas Parry Party to this Deed and did Acknowledge the within Deed and all the Land and Premisses with the Appurtenances to be the Right and Estate of the within named John Worthington and his Heirs for ever Tho.s Winterbottom Mayor John Brice To Mess.rs & or either of you Rich.d Dorsey You or either of you are hereby fully Authorized and Impowered as my Attorneys or Attorney to Acknowledge the Deed and the Lands and Appurtenances within mentioned to be the within named John Worthington his Heirs and Assigns according to the Laws of Maryland in any Court of Judicature or before any Justices or Justice by Law Impowered to take such Acknowledgment for doing whereof this shall be your sufficient Warrant In Witness (whereof) |
