Ex.d Vide Mortgage to which the following Release belongs Recorded in this Book fol 100 Know all Men by these Presents That I Eleanor Carroll Exx of the last Will and Testament of the within Named Daniel Carroll for and in Consideration of the Sum of Forty five Pounds and the further Sum of Two Pounds Sixteen Shillings and two Pence for Interest thereon Have Assigned Released and Quitted Claim and by these Presents Do Assign Release and Quit Claim unto the within mentioned Linjan Wilson his Heirs and Assigns All my Right Title Estate and Interest to and in within mentioned Mortgaged Premisses As Witness my hand and seal this twenty eighth Day of Oct 1751 Sealed and Delivered Elleanor Carroll Seal In the Presence of John Hepburn H Darnall 1 Recorded March 11.th 1752 Ex.d This Indenture made the Twelfth Day of March in the Year of our Lord One Thousand Seven hundred and fifty two Between john Martin Junior of Frederick County Farmer of the one part and Edward Dorsey of Annapolis in Ann Arundel County Gentleman of the other part Witnesseth that the said John Martin Junior for and in Consideration of the Sum of Twenty Pounds Current Money of Maryland to him in hand paid by the said Edward Dorsey before the ensealing and delivery of these Presents the Receipt whereof is hereby Acknowledged he the said John Martin Junior hath Granted Bargained Sold Aliened Enfeoffed and Confirmed and by these Presents Doth Grant Bargain Sell Alien Enfeoff and Confirm unto the said Edward Dorsey and his Heirs All that Tract or Parcel of Land called Johnsons Choice lying and being in Frederick County containing One hundred Acres of Land more or less which said Tract or Parcel of Land was Granted to the said John Martin Junior by Patent bearing date the fourteenth day of August in the Year of our Lord One Thousand Seven hundred and forty nine and all and singular the Houses Buildings Orchards Fences and Meadows thereunto belonging and all the Right Estate Interest Claim and Demand whatsoever of him the said John Martin Junior of in and to all and singular the Premisses and every part and Parcel of them To have and to hold the said Land and Premisses herein before mentioned and intended to be hereby Granted with their and every of their Appurtenances unto the said Edward Dorsey his Heirs and Assigns for ever to the only proper Use and Behoof of him the said Edward Dorsey his Heirs & Assigns forever And the said John Martin for himself and his Heirs Executors and Administrators the said Tract or Parcel of Land and all and singular the other Premisses with their and (every) |
