       Be it Remembered that on the 14.th of November Anno Dom 1751 the above Named William Thomas
       one of the Subscribing Witnesses to the aforegoing Power of Attorney did Solemnly Sincerly and truely
       Affirm and Declare that he was present and did see the above named William Tower Sign Seal and as his
       Act and Deed deliver the aforegoing Power of Attorney to and for the several Uses Intents and Purposes
       therein mentioned

          On the same day and Year came the above named Benjamin Tasker Junior one of the Subscribing
       Witnesses to the aforegoing Power of Attorney and made Oath on the Holy Evangelists of Almighty
       God that he was present and did see the above named William Tower Sign Seal and as his Act and
       Deed deliver the aforegoing Power of Attorney to and for the several Uses Intents and Purposes therein

Ex.d This Indenture Tripartite made this twenty seventh day of February in the Year of our Lord
       Christ One Thousand seven hundred and fifty two Between James Emory of Queen Annes County in the
       Province of Maryland Planter of the first part John Davis Junior of the same County Planter of the Second
       part and Nathan Wright Junior of the same County Planter of the third part Whereas the same James
       Emory in September Term last did Commence Prosecute and bring one Writ of Entry Sur Disseisin against
       the aforesaid John Davis thereby Demanding All that Parcel of Land scituate lying and being in Queen
       Annes County afs.d being part of a Tract of land called Content Beginning at a Bounded red Oak being
       the beginning Tree of the same Tract and running from thence South West and by West untill it comes to a
       main Road leading to Dover from thence with that Road until it Intersect a Runn or Branch of Coxes
       Creek and then by and with that Runn or Branch to the afs.d Beginning bounded red Oak Containing
       within the lines and boundarys afs.d and laid out for One hundred and eighty Acres of Land more or less
       with the Appurtenances thereunto belonging unto which said Writ the same John Davis did appear and did
       Warrant the ^[illegible]^ Lands and Tenements afs.d contained within the Lines and Boundarys aforesaid with the
       Appurtenances unto the same John Davis and afterwards departed in Contempt of the Court and made
       default whereby a good perfect and common Recovery of the same Parcel of Land and Tenements contained
       within the Lines and Boundarys afs.d with the Appurtenances with single Voucher over according to the
       form of Common Recoverys in such Cases Used was in due form of Law had suffered & Executed Now
       this Indenture Witnesseth That the afs.d James Emory and John Davis for themselves and each
       of them their and each of their Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns do Covenant Promise
