       Memorandum that on the Tenth Day of September in the Year of our Lord One Thousand seven
       hundred and fifty one Full and Peaceable Possession Livery and Seisin was by the within Named
       Charles Carroll delivered and made and the same was had and taken by the within Named Laurence
       Washington for and in the Name of himself and of the within Named Nicholas Hackett Carew Mary
       Wightwick Thomas Russell Osgood Gee John Price of and in a Parcel of Land called Boungs Landing
       being part of the Lands within Conveyed for and in the Name of all the said Lands Tenements and
       Hereditaments within mentioned to be Conveyed To have and to hold to the said Nicholas
       Hackett Carew Mary Wightwick Thomas Russell Osgood Gee John Price and Laurence Washington
       their Heirs and Assigns according to the form and effect of the within Written Deed in the Presence of

       and part of Hazard all Containing three hundred and nineteen Acres that is not paid for the Quantity
       paid for being Seven Thousand eight Hundred ninety three Acres for the Use of the Lord Baltimore

       that their Respective Names thereto set one of their respective hand Writing and were Signed thereto in

       At the same time came before Us the Subscribers Two of his Lordships Justices for Baltimore County
       Joseph Watkins and made Oath on the Holy Evangelist of Almighty God that Doct.r Charles Carroll
       party to the within Deed Declared to him That he had in Presence of the above named Alexander
       Lawson, William Lyon, Richard Croxall and Anthony Rhodes deliver Possession in the manner
       above Specifyed, upon which he signed as an Evidence but was not present at the Delivery and
       that his Name thereto set is of his own hand Writing and that he saw the above mentioned Evidences
