205) to be his Act and Deed and the Lands and Premisses therein mentioned to be the Right of the within named Jane Hawkins her Heirs and Assigns for ever according to the True Intent and meaning of the same Deed W.m Hopper Recorded October 4.th 1751 7 Nathan Wright Ex.d This Indenture Tripartite made the first day of October in the Year of our Lord One Thousand Seven hundred and fifty one Between John Shelton of Hanover County in the Colony of Virginia Gent.l and Eleanor his Wife of the first part George Luxford of Ann Arundel County Scrivener of the second part and Thomas Sparrow of Ann Arundel County Gentleman of the third part Witnesseth that for the Docking and Barring all Estates Tail and all Reversions and Remainders thereupon Expectant or Depending of and in the Tract or Parcel of Land with the Appurtenances and also the Lott or Parcel of Ground with the Appurtenances herein after Granted Bargained Sold Released and Confirmed and so mentioned to be and every part thereof whether Erected or Limitted by the last Will and Testament of William Parks late of the City of Williamsburgh in the Dominion of Virginia Gent deceased Father of the said Eleanor party to these Presents or otherwise and for Limitting and Assuring the said Tract or Parcel of Land with the Appurtenances and Lott of Ground afs.d with the Appurtenances to the Use and Behoof of the said Eleanor and of her Heirs and Assigns for ever and for and in Consideration of Ten Shillings Lawfull Money of Maryland to the said John Shelton in hand paid by the said George Luxford at or before the Execution of these Presents the Receipt whereof is hereby Acknowledged the said John Shelton and Eleanor his Wife party to these Presents Have Granted Bargained Sold Released and Confirmed and by these Presents Do Grant Bargain Sell Release and Confirm unto the said George Luxford and his Heirs All that Tract or Parcel of Land called Park Hall lying (formerly in Prince Georges County) but now in Frederick County Beginning at a Bounded White Oak standing near the head of a Spring out of the West side of the Second Mountain not far from the Road running thence South Seventy three Degrees West twenty Perches South twenty eight Degrees West One hundred Perches South Sixty Degrees West two hundred and sixty four Perches North sixty three Degrees West forty three Perches North sixty Perches North thirty Degrees East One hundred Perches North Seventy Degrees West twenty eight Perches South fifty Degrees West eighty Perches North thirty three Degrees West eighty Perches North Seventeen Degrees East One hundred and nineteen Perches North fifty five Degrees West forty two Perches North twenty two Degrees West eighty four Perches North One hundred and forty Perches North fifty four Degrees East One hundred and eighty eight Perches North Seventeen Degrees East eighty Perches North Twenty two Degrees West One hundred and sixty six Perches North fifty eight Degrees East Seventy Perches South fifty seven Degrees East thirty Perches North eighty Degrees East One hundred and forty eight Perches South East (Ninety) |
