       On the second Day of July Anno Dom 1751   Mary Riccard Absolam Sparks and William
       Green within Named Personally came before me the Underwritten one of his Lordships
       Justices of the Provincial Court of Maryland & freely Acknowledged the within Written
       Indenture to be their Act and Deed to and for the Uses Intents and Purposes within
       mentioned Witness my hand the day and Year aforesaid

Ex.d This Indenture made this first Day of July in the Year of our Lord Christ One
       Thousand seven hundred and fifty one Between Mary Riccard of New Castle County
       on Delaware Widow Devisee of Edward Kead late of Queen Annes County in Maryland
       of the one part and William Green of Queen Annes County of the other part Witnesseth
       that the same Mary Riccard for and in Consideration of five Shillings Current
       Money of Maryland to her in hand paid by the said William Green the Receipt
       whereof is hereby Acknowledged and for divers other good Causes and Valuable Considerations
       her thereunto moving Hath Granted Bargained and Sold and by these Presents
       doth Grant Bargain and Sell unto the afs.d William Green all that Parcel of Land
       called Bradford lying and being in Queen Annes County aforesaid on the South East
       side of Chester River on the North East side of John Elletts Branch Beginning at
       marked Oak and running from the said Oak for Breadth North North East fifty Perches
       to a marked Poplar and from the said Poplar for length West North West three
       hundred and twenty Perches and from the end of the West North West line with a
       line drawn South South West fifty Perches and from the end of the South South
       West line with a streight line to the first bounded Tree Containing and laid out for
       One hundred Acres of Land more or less Together with all and Singular the Rights
       Members and Appurtenances thereof and thereunto belonging or in any manner
       appertaining and all the Estate Right Title and Interest of her the same Mary
       Riccard of in and to the same One hundred Acres of Land and of in and to every
       part and parcel thereof and the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and
       Remainders thereof To have and to hold all and Singular the afsd One
       hundred Acres of Land with the Premisses and Appurtenances thereunto belonging
       unto the same William Green his Heirs and Assigns from the day next before the
       day of the date of these Presents for and during the Term of One whole Year from
       thence next ensuing and fully to be Compleated and ended Yielding and
       paying therefore on the last day of the same Term to the same Mary or her
                                                                                                             (Assigns)
