181) Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders thereof To have & to hold all and singular the afs.d One hundred Acres of Land with the Premisses and Appurtenances thereunto belonging unto the same Absolam Sparks his Heirs and Assigns from the day next before the day of the date of these Presents for and during the Term of One whole Year from thence next ensuing and fully to be Compleated and ended Yielding and Paying therefore on the last day of the same Term to the same Mary or her Assigns one Ear of Indian Corn on the afs.d Granted Premisses if the same shall be demanded To the Intent and Purpose and the better to enable the same Mary to Grant Release and Convey all and Singular the afsd hereby Granted and Bargained One hundred Acres of Land with the Premisses and Appurtenances thereunto belonging and the Reversion and Inheritance thereof unto the same Absalom his Heirs and Assigns for ever to the Uses Intent & Purposes and in such sort manner and form as the same Mary doth intend hereafter to Grant Release and Convey the same by Indenture intended to bear date the day next after the day of the date of these Presents In Witness whereof the Partys afs.d have hereunto Interchangeable set their hands & Seals the day and Year first above Written Sealed & Delivered her In Presence of Mary + Riccords Seal James Stenson mark his Samuel S Sparks mark On the Back of the aforegoing Lease was thus Written Viz.t On the 2.d Day of July Anno Dom 1751 Mary Riccard within Named Personally came before me one of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court of Maryland & freely Acknowledged the within Written Indenture to be her Act & Deed Witness my hand 5 1/2 Recorded Sept.r 19.th 1751 R.d Tilghman Ex.d The Right Honourable Arthur Onslow Esquire Speaker of the House of Commons of Great Britain and one of his Majestys most Honourable Privy Council and John Snarp of Lincolns Inn in the County of Middlesex Esquires Guardians of the Personal Estate of the Right Honourable Frederick Absolute Lord and Proprietary of the Province of Maryland and Avalon in America and Baron of Baltimore in the Kingdom of Ireland and Infant of the Age of Nineteen Years and Upwards To Samuel Ogle of the Province of Maryland Esquire and to all others to whom these Presents shall come and any ways Concern Greeting Whereas the Right Honourable Charles late Lord Baltimore deceased Father of the said Frederick Lord Baltimore and whilst Living the Absolute Lord and Proprietary of the said Provinces of Maryland and Avalon Did by his Commission under his hand and Seal at Arms bearing date the Fifteenth Day of October in (the) |
