       I Acknowledge to have been Satisfyed by M.r W.m Parks for all that was due to me
       on Account of the within Mortgage    And I hereby relinquish my Right to him of the
       said Mortgage in the same manner as if it had never been made to me Witness

Ex.d This Indenture made the first day of July in the Year of our Lord Christ One Thousand
       Seven hundred and fifty one Between Mary Riccard of New Castle County on Delaware
       Widow Devisee of Edward Head late of Queen Annes County in Maryland of the one part
       and Absolom Sparks of Queen Annes County afs.d Planter of the other part Witnesseth
       that the same Mary Riccard for and in Consideration of five Shillings Current Money of
       Maryland to her in hand paid by the same Absalom Sparks the Receipt whereof is
       hereby Acknowledged and for divers other good Causes and Valuable Considerations her
       thereunto moving Hath Granted Bargained and Sold and by these Presents Doth Grant
       Bargain & Sell unto the afsd Absolam Sparks All that Parcel of Land being part of a
       Tract of Land called Tullys Delight Scituate lying and being in Queen Annes County afs.d
       on the South side of a small Creek called the Back Creek Beginning at a marked
       Oak on the South side of the same Creeks & running South and by West with the Creek
       and Branch three hundred and Twenty Perches then West and by North forty nine
       Perches & one half of a Perch then North & by East three hundred and twenty Perches
       and then up the Creek to the afsd marked Oak Containing One hundred Acres of
       Land more or less Together with all and singular the Rights Members & Appurtenances
       thereof and thereunto belonging or in any manner appertaining and all the Estate
       Right Title and Interest of her the same Mary of in and to the same One
       hundred Acres of Land and of in and to every part and parcel thereof and the
