       Administrators for ever by these Presents hath Bargained and Sold and by these Presents
       Doth Bargain and Sell unto the said Arthur All that Tract or Parcel of Land lying Talbot
       County afs.d called Sharps Chance containing by Estimation three hundred Acres more
       or less Together with all Houses Outhouses and other Edifices Emoluments Improvements
       and Appurtenances to the Premisses belonging or in any wise appertaining ^and the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders thereof^ To have and
       to hold all and Singular the Premisses with the Appurtenances and every part of them
       unto the said Arthur Rigbie his Executors Administrators and Assigns from the day before
       the date hereof for and during the Term of one whole Year from thence next ensuing and
       fully to be Compleat and ended Yielding and Paying therefore the Yearly Rent
       of one Pepper Corn at the Feast of Saint Michael the Arch Angel if the same be Demanded
       to the Intent that by Virtue of these Presents and of the Statute for Transferring Uses
       into Possession the said Arthur may be in Actual Possession of the Premisses and be
       enabled to accept a Grant of the Reversion and Inheritance thereof to him and his
       Heirs In Witness whereof the Parties to these Presents have hereunto put their hands
       and Seals the day and Year aforesaid                                          his

Ex.d This Indenture Tripartite made the Seventh day of September in the Year of our Lord
       One Thousand Seven hundred and fifty one Between William Wintersell of Talbot County
       Planter of the one part Arthur Rigbie of Talbot County Planter of the Second part and James
       Tilghman of Talbot County Attorney at Law of the third part Witnesseth that the said William
       for the Docking Barring and Cutting of all Estates Tail and the Remainders in Tail
       of and in the Lands and Tenements herein after mentioned and for the Settling & Assuring
       of the same to and for the Uses Intents and Purposes herein after limitted expressed
       and declared and in Consideration of five Shillings Sterling to him in hand paid by
       the said Arthur Rigbie the Receipt whereof is hereby Acknowledged and for divers other
       good Causes and Considerations him the said William Wintersell in this part
       specially moving Hath Granted Bargained and Sold Released and Confirmed and by
       these Presents Doth Grant Bargain and Sell Release and Confirm unto the same
       Arthur Rigbie (in his Actual Possession now being by Virtue of a Bargain and Sale
       to him thereof made for one whole Year by Indenture bearing date the day before the
       date hereof and by force of the Statute for Transferring Uses into Possession) and to his
       Heirs and Assigns for ever All that Tract or Parcel of Land lying in Talbot County afs.d
