       in the Law whatsoever for the further and better Assuring and Conveying of all and every or
       any part of the said Premisses mentioned or intended to be hereby granted and Released with
       their Appurtenances unto such Person or Persons to whom the said Samuel Ogle and
       Benjamin Tasker or the Survivor of them or the Heirs of such Survivor shall make any
       Sale or Conveyance thereof respectively by Virtue and in Pursuance of these Presents and
       to the Heirs and Assigns of such Person or Persons as by the same Person or Persons his
       her or their Respective Heirs or Assigns or his her or their Councel learned in the Law
       shall be reasonably Devised or Advised and Required so as such further Assurances
       contain in them no further or other Warranty or Covenants than against the Person or
       Persons his Heir or their Heirs who shall make or do the same and so as the Party or
       Partys requested to make such further Assurances be not Compelled or Compellable for
       making or doing the same to Travel from his heir or their respective Dwellings or
       places of Abode In Witness whereof the said Partys to these Presents have hereunto
       set their hands and Seals the day and Year first above Written
