       belonging or in any wise Appertaining or therewith now or at any time heretofore ^held^ Used
       Letten or Enjoyed or Accepted Reputed or taken as part parcel or Member thereof or as
       belonging thereunto and the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents
       Issues and Profits thereof and of every part thereof To have and to hold the said part of the said
       Tract of Land called Nicholsons Manor and all other the Premisses mentioned or intended
       to be hereby Bargained and Sold with their Appurtenances unto the said Samuel Ogle
       and Benjamin Tasker their Executors Administrators and Assigns from the Day next
       before the Day of the date of these Presents for and during and unto the full end and Term
       of one whole Year from thence next ensuing and fully to be Compleat and Ended To the
       Intent that by Virtue of these Presents and of the Statute for Transferring of Uses into
       Possession they the said Samuel Ogle and Benjamin Tasker may be in the Actual Possession
       of the Premisses and be Enabled to Accept a Grant and Release of the Reversion and
       Inheritance thereof to them and their Heirs In Witness whereof the said parties to these
       Presents have hereunto set their hands and Seals the day and Year first above Written

       date the Ninth day of March last past named Personally came and appeared before Us
       the under Written two of the Right Honble the Lord Propry of the Province of Maryland his
       Justices in Kent County in the same Province and by Virtue of the Power and Authority
       to him Granted and Given by the same Warrant as Attorney for the same Joseph
