152) within this Province To the end that all his just Debts should be Justly Satisfyed and Paid and that all his Just Creditors should Share alike and that no Person should have Cause to Complain and to prevent Unnecessary Suits at Law he the said William Cumming the Elder is willing hereby to Surrender up all his Estate of what kind soever Real and Personal to the said William Cumming the Younger in Trust in order to be Sold for the Payment of his Debts without loss of time and after all is sold then or now he the said William Cumming the Elder is ready to Surrender up his Body which is Old Exausted and Impaired to Satisfy his Creditors if required Now this Indenture Witnesseth That the said William Cumming the Elder for and in Consideration of the Sum of five Shillings Sterling Money to him in hand paid by the said William Cumming the Younger before the Ensealing and Delivery of these Presents the Receipt whereof is hereby Acknowledged Hath Granted Bargained & Sold Aliened and Confirmed Assigned Transferred and made over unto the said William Cumming the Younger his Heirs and Assigns for ever All that Messuage and Dwelling House whereof I now live with Outhouses Kitchen Store house Stable and Study with all the Lotts and Ground thereunto belonging (now under Mortgage to Philip Hammond Esq.r the Mortgage Money to be first paid out of the Purchase Money) All that my Old Dwelling House Kitchen and three Lotts of Land thereunto belonging Including the Lott of Land I Purchast of Daniel Dulany Esq.r lying in the City of Annapolis All and every the following Tracts of Land lying within the Province afsd To witt Part of Broad Creek alias the Plain Containing fifty Acres Slades Addition Containing Fifty Acres Forfeit Containing His Lordships Justice come at last Containing One hundred and fifty Acres of Land more or less Mill Town Containing forty six Acres of Land Woolf Neck Containing One hundred Acres All lying in Westminster Parish on the North side of Severn River in Ann Arundel County aforesaid Hoods Hall Containing One hundred Acres Addition to Hoods Hall Containing One hundred Acres Hazard fifty Acres Gilpan Alias Pressley two hundred and fifty Acres Roopers Range five hundred Acres part of Freeborns Progress Containing One hundred and thirty Acres part of Bens Suit twenty five Acres Grays Bower one hundred Acres all lying on Elk Ridge Patapscoe River and Snowdens River in Ann Arundel County a Tract of Land called Tannacke Containing Six hundred and thirty two Acres lying in Ann Arundel County aforesaid And the Moiety of the following Tracts of Land formerly lying in Prince Georges County but now in Frederick County Accord two hundred Acres Amsterdam one hundred and sixty Acres Peston March Twelve hundred and thirty Acres the other Moiety belonging to Captain James Edmonston and the following Tracts lying in Frederick County aforesaid part of black Ash one Acre Norway Containing Six hundred and thirty Acres Drum Mine Containing Six hundred and sixty eight Acres Barbers Beginning One hundred Acres Shire one hundred Acres And a Lease for Ninety nine Acres of a Tract of Land Land lying in S.t Marys County Containing 400.ll Called New Seat And all his Stock of Black Cattle Horses Mares Hogs and (Sheep) |
