       all and whatsoever shall be requisite and necessary as fully and effectually to all
       Intents and Purposes as they the said Constituents might or could do being
       Personally Present with Power to their said Attorney or Attorneys to Substitute one
       or more Person or Persons to Act under him them or either of them and the same at
       Pleasure to Revoke and they the said Constituents Do hereby Promise to Ratify
       Confirm and hold for good and Valid all and whatever their said Attorney or Attorneys

Ex.d This Indenture made the third day of July in the Year of our Lord One Thousand Seven
       hundred and fifty one Between John Howard Son of Gideon of Frederick County Planter
       of the one part and Basil Dorsey of Ann Arundel County Gentleman of the other part
       Witnesseth That the said John Howard for and in Consideration of the Sum of Thirty Six
       Pounds eleven Shillings and nine pence Sterling Money of Great Britain to him in hand
       paid by the said Basil Dorsey before the ensealing and delivery of these Presents the
       Receipt whereof he doth hereby Acknowledge and thereof and of every part and parcel
       thereof doth fully Clearly and Absolutely Acquit Exonerate and Discharge the said
       Basil Dorsey his Executors and Adm.rs by these Presents and for divers other good
       Causes and Considerations him thereunto moving he the said John Howard hath
       Granted Bargained Sold Aliened Enfeoffed and Confirmed and by these Presents Doth
       Grant Bargain Sell Alien Enfeoff and Confirm unto the said Basil Dorsey and his
       Heirs all that Tract or Parcel of Land called Howards Range lying and being in
