       and runs with the same line South and by East two hundred and ninety Perches to the end
       of the same Line of the whole Tract then with the given Line of the whole Tract One hundred
       and ten Perches thence North and by West two hundred and ninety five Perches to the end of the
       West and by South two hundred Perches line of that part of the said Tract of Land sold to
       Thomas Shea of Baltimore County then with a streight line to the place of beginning for
       Two hundred Acres of Land together with all and singular the Buildings Improvements &  
       Appurtenances thereon or thereto belonging and Appertaining To have and to hold unto
       him the said Edward Flanagan his Heirs and Assigns forever the said Two hundred Acres
       part of the said Out Quarter with its Appurtenances against any Person or Persons
       whatsoever Claiming or to Claim by from or under them the said Charles Carroll Esq.r
       Charles Carroll Surgeon or the said James Carroll deceased In Witness whereof and the
       hands & Seals the Day and Year first above Written

       Provincial Court the within Named Charles Carroll Esq.r and Charles Carroll Surgeon as
       Exec.rs of James Carroll and Acknowledged the within Deed according to Law

Ex.d This Indenture made the 14.th day of May in the Year of our Lord One Thousand seven hundred and fifty
       one Between Daniel Nicholson of Kent Island Labourer Son and Heir of John Nicholson deced
       of the one part and Daniel Dulany and Company of the other part Witnesseth That the said Daniel
       Nicholson for and in Consideration of the Sum of Ten Pounds Current Money of Maryland to him
       well and truly in hand paid by the said Daniel Dulany and Company at or before the ensealing
       and delivery hereof the receipt is hereby Acknowledge Hath Given Granted bargained Sold Aliened
       Enfeoffed and Confirmed and by these Presents Doth Give Grant Bargain Sell Alien Enfeoff and
       Confirm unto the said Daniel Dulany and Company All That Tract of Land called Nicholson
       Delight one hundred Acres lying in Baltimore County Granted to John Nicholson the Father
       Beginning at a Bounded White Oak standing at the Corner of the North East by North line of a
       Parcel of Land called Orgins Forrest and running from thence North North East One hundred
       Perches from thence West North West One hundred and sixty Perches from thence South South West
       One hundred Perches from thence by a direct line to the first Bound Tree Containing and laid out
       for One hundred Acres of Land more or less together with all and singular the Buildings
       Improvements and Appurtenances thereon or thereto belonging and appertaining To have &
       to hold one fifth part thereof to him the said Daniel Dulany Esq.r his Heirs and Assigns
       for Ever One fifth part to Colonel Benjamin Tasker Esquire his Heirs and Assigns forever
       One fifth part to Charles Carroll Esquire his Heirs and Assigns forever One fifth part to
