       or cause to be paid all and every such Sum or Sums of Money as they the said Jeremiah
       Warder and Samuel Neave or either of them and the Survivor of them and the Heirs of
       the Survivor of them shall lay out and expend in the Execution of the Trust or Trusts therein
       and hereby confirmed expressed and declared and also pay or cause to be paid all and every
       and each of the Debts aforesaid and every part and parcel thereof in one Year from the date
       of these Presents without any deduction defalcation or Abatement out of the same or any part
       thereof for or in respect of any Taxes Charges Assessments Payments Quit rents or other
       matter cause or thing whatsoever taxed charged or Imposed upon the said Tracts of Land
       and Premisses or any part thereof or upon the said Jeremiah Warder and Samuel Neave
       or either of them or their Heirs in respect thereof by Authority of the general Assembly of
       this Province of Maryland or by Virtue of any Reservation contained in any Patent or
       Patents or otherwise howsoever then and in such Case this present Indenture and every
       Article Clause matter & thing herein Contained shall cease determine and become
       and be Absolutely Void and of none Effect and then and in such Case the said Jeremiah
       Warder and Samuel Neave or the Survivor of them or their Heirs or Assigns shall and will
       at any time or times thereafter upon the request and at the Costs and Charges in the Law of the
       said Hugh Parker his Heirs or Assigns Reconvey the afsd Tracts of Land and Premisses
       hereby or mentioned to be her^e^by Granted and Released unto the said Hugh Parker his Heirs
       or Assigns as he or they shall in that behalf direct and Appoint free from all Incumbrances
       made or done or to be made or done by the said Jeremiah Warder and Samuel Neave or
       either of them or the Survivor of them or the Heirs of the Survivor or any other Person or
       Persons Lawfully Claiming or to Claim from by or under them or any of them any thing
       herein Contained to the Contrary notwithstanding and the said Hugh Parker doth hereby
       for himself his Heirs Ex.rs and Adm.rs Covenant Promise and Grant and Agree to and with
       the said Jeremiah Warder and Samuel Neave and the Survivor of them and the Heirs of
       the Survivor and their Exors Adm.rs and Assigns in manner and form following (that is to
       say) that he the said Hugh Parker his Heirs Ex.rs or Adm.rs shall and will well and truly
       pay or cause to be paid all such Necessary Charges and Costs as shall or may attend or be
       Occasioned by the Executions of the Trusts aforesaid and also all such Sum or Sums of
       Money as hath or have been already and at this present time or that shall or may
       hereafter be laid out and expended in Securing Establishing and Confirming a good
       and Sufficient Title to the Premisses according to the true Intent and meaning of these
       Presents and also all every and each of the Debts aforesaid by the Space of One Year
       from the day of the date of these Presents without any deduction defalcation or Abatement
       whatsoever according to the Purport of the afsd Proviso and the true Intent & meaning of
       these Presents And also shall and will at his and their own proper Costs and Charges
       bear Satisfy and pay all such Taxes Charges and Assessments Quit rents and Payments
       as aforesaid And further that it may and shall be Lawfull to and for the said
       Jeremiah Warder and Samuel Neave or the Survivor of them or the Heirs of the Survivor
       of them from time to time and at all times from and after default shall happen to
       be made contrary to the form and effect of the afsd Proviso and Covenant for Payment of
       the same and the true meaning and intent of these Presents Peaceably & Quietly to
       enter into hold have Enjoy Possess and Occupy the afsd Premisses hereby or mentioned to
       be hereby Granted and Released without the Lawful Let Suit Trouble Denial Eviction
       or Interuption of the said Hugh Parker his Heirs or Assign or of or by any other Person
       or Persons who soever and more over that he the said Hugh Parker and his Heirs and
       all and every Person or Persons having or Lawfully Claiming or which shall or may
       have or Lawfully Claim any Estate Title Right Trust or Interest either at Law or in
       Equity of in to or out of the said Premisses hereby or mentioned to be hereby Granted
       and Released or any part thereof shall and will from time to time and at all times
       from and after default shall happen to be made contrary to the form and effect
