       Negro Jemmy, Bamshire, Robbin, Charles, George, Clem, Pompey and Molatto Hanney with
       her Increase To have and to hold the said Land with the Appurtenances as afs.d and to have &
       to hold the said above mentioned Negroes to the said James Dick his Heirs Exors and Assigns
       forever upon such Trusts Nevertheless and to such Intents and Purposes as are herein after
       mentioned expressed and declared of and concerning the same (that is to say) that he the said
       James Dick or his Heirs Ex.rs or Assigns shall and do forthwith or as soon as Conveniently
       may be after Publick Notice thereof given for that Purpose Absolutely See and Dispose of the
       said Lands with the Improvements thereon and the Appurtenances as afsd and also all and
       every of the said Negroes either together or in Parcels to the best Purchaser or Purchasers
       and for the best Price and Prices which can be gotten for the same and the Receipt or Receipts
       of the said James Dick or his Heirs Executors or Assigns to be a Sufficient Release and Discharge
       to such Purchaser or Purchasers for his or their Purchased Money for so much thereof for
       which such Receipt or Receipts shall be given without such Purchaser or Purchasers
       being Obliged to see to the Application or being Answerable for the Misapplication of the said
       Purchase Money or any part thereof And this further Trust that he the said James Dick or his
       Heirs Exors or Assigns shall and do forthwith after such Disposition or sale or Sales pay Apply
       and Dispose of the Money Arising by such Sale or Sales as afsd to William Black of London
       Merchant And the said George Gordon doth for himself his Heirs Exors Adm.rs Covenant
       Promise and Grant to & with the said James Dick his Heirs Exors Adm.rs and Assigns and
       every of them that he the said George Gordon and his Heirs and every of them and all and every
       Person and Persons having or Lawfully Claiming or who shall or may have or Lawfully
       Claim any Right Title or Interest of in to or out of the said Lands with the Appurtenances
       afsd and every part and parcel thereof and also all and every the Negroes above mentioned
       from by or under or in Trust for him or them shall and will from time to time and at all
       times hereafter upon every Reasonable Request of the said James Dick his Heirs or Assigns
       but at his or their Proper Costs or Charges make doe and execute or cause to be made done or
       Executed all and every such further and other Lawfull and Reasonable Act or Acts thing
       and things devices Conveyances & Assurances in the Law whatsoever for the further better more
       perfect and Absolute Granting and Conveying of the said Land with the Appurtenances and
       every part and parcel thereof And also of all and every of the Negroes above mentioned to
       and for such Uses & Intents and Purposes upon such Trusts and under and subject to
       such Proviso's and Agreements as are herein before mentioned Expressed and Declared
       of and Concerning the same respectively as aforesaid and to and for the Absolute and
       Proper Use and behoof of the said Purchaser or Purchasers aforesaid as by the said James
       Dick or his Heirs Exors Adm.rs or Assigns or his or their Council learned in the Law shall be
       Reasonably Advised or devised & required so as such Assurance or Assurances Contain therein
       no further or other Warranty or Covenants than is herein Provided and so as the Party or
       Partys who shall be requested to make such further Assurance or Assurances be it Compelled
       or Compellable for making or doing thereof to go or Travel above Ten Miles from his or
       their Respective Dwellings or Places of Abode In Witness whereof the Partys to these
       Presents have Interchangeably set their hands and seals this Twenty seventh day of
