       the Same Recovery or Recoverys shall be Executed by Writ or
       Writs of habere facias Seizinam And it is hereby further
       Covenanted granted concluded and agreed by and between the
       partys af.d to these presents and every of them for themselves &
       their heirs respectively that the same Recovery and recoverys
       and all Recoverys Settlements and assurances had or to be had
       made leveyed Executed or suffered by or between the partys af.d
       or any of them ^of or for the af.d three tracts or Parcells of Land with the Appurtenances or any of them^ or any part of them or any of them Shall be
       and enure and Shall be Deemed adjudged and taken to be
       and enure to and for the Sole and proper use of the af.d ^W.m^ Yearly
       Senior his heirs and assignes for ever and that the Same W.m
       Yearly Senior from and immediatly after the Suffering and
       Executing the Recovery or Recoverys af.d Shall by Virtue
       thereof and of these presents Stand and be lawfully Seized
       of and in the Same three Tracts or parcell of Land with
       the appurtenances and every of them to and for the proper
       use of him the Same W.m Yearly Senior his heirs and assignes
       for ever and to or for no other use intent or purpose whatsoever
       In Witness Whereof the partys af.d to these presents have
       hereunto interchangeably sett their hands and Seals the Day
       year first above written
