100) Be it remembered that on the fifth day of August Anno Dom Seventeen hundred and forty five Edward Cousans William Yearly Junior and William Yearly Senior the partys within named personally came and appeared before me one of the Right Honourable the Lord Propry his Justices of the Provincial Court of Maryland and Severally acknowledged the within written Deed to be their proper Act & Deed In testimony whereof I have hereunto Sett my hand the Day & year 10 above written Jo Brice Recorded Sept.r 13.th 1745 Vide recovery recorded in Lib E I N.o 9 fol 522 Ex.d This Indenture made this nineteenth Day of August in the Year of our Lord one Thousand Seven hundred and forty five Between Henry Willson of Prince Georges County and Province of Maryland Planter of the one part and Stephen Onion of Baltimore County and Province af.d Iron Master of the other part Witnesseth that the said Henry Wilson for and in Consideration of the sum of fifty Pounds Current money of Maryland to him in hand paid by the Said Stephen Onion before the ensealing and Delivery of these presents the Receipt whereof the Said Henry Willson doth hereby acknowledge and himself to be fully Satisfied contented and paid Hath by these presents given granted Bargained Sold Aliened Enfeoffed Conveyed and confirmed and by these presents doth give grant Bargain Sell alien Enfeof Convey and confirm unto the Said Stephen Onion his heirs and assigns for ever three hundred Acres of Land be it more or less being all the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders of a Tract of (Land) |
